Doesn’t this depend on the issue that is making you bend forward? Balance is one issue but ANS also has forced me to bend some. Will these help me too? ❤

Doing these exercises one is forced to look down and I feel that it defeats the purpose. Am I wrong?
Yes.. these are for strengthening muscles to keep you upright.

Backward walking makes you lean forward !!!!!!
