    Doug, I am 66 and have lost my balance. It started on 1/31/87 when involved in a head injury car accident. I was in a coma for six days, brain injury rehab for six weeks and the next two years in physical therapy learning to walk. Over the last few years my balance wasn't extremely bad; I had come a long way. Then sciatica hit me in November of '22, and I was mostly off my feet for a little over a year. I had a cyst on my spine pushing on my right sciatic nerve. It was removed on 1/17/24, but I found all this time off my feet, and using a cane when I did walk, my balance had nearly disappeared. I found your video this morning and will do these exercises in an effort to regain my balance. I am a very active 66 year old, and own and operate a pet boarding kennel with my wife. Sometimes I want to just give up and sit. Life wouldn't accept that, though; neither would my wife. I am very tired of falling; concrete floors seem to get harder every day. Thank you., Gary

    Thank you for sharing I will give a try if I will be able to do it all or some of them bcos of my age I will be 73 January1st 2025 . I use to do step up and come down in my step case the first step from down 20 each side of my leg but not everyday. Please what excised can reduce my laps? Thank you ❤❤
