First off, the truck is awesome! Very informative video. I have a 2013 F150 that I bought brand new and I’ve also done tons of mods and one of my favorites and you did it too, is the rear wheel well liners….they should come standard on all F150s but it makes everything look so much better once you get those installed.

Absolutely, level trucks to me is a must I just like the level look plus I don’t tow anything heavy enough to cause a sag. Also, you can still level youre truck but still keep the back higher if you didn’t know

Nice Vid , I kept buying between SUVs and a pick up truck because I hated the gas mileage , but yet I always needed a truck ... the Powerboost is a "Have Your Cake, and eat it too" product . I've had mine for over 1.5 years now , and the mileage gets better after break in .
Hey I ran across this video i recently bought a used 2021 xlt ecoboost and it had all the mods you suggested, I did buy the charger for my phone I used your link
So I ordered an FX4 XLT. At the time I wanted the full tow package so we could pull an RV. It got delivered 9\22 and arrives with mirrors just like you have... not even a convex! When I asked my sales person, they said "Oh the tow mirrors are extra". Now I'm looking at $800-$1400 to have them added. I was fuirious and even vented to FoMoCo...they don't care
We would think that tow mirrors came with the tow package. Stuff like this is why I hate dealerships. I got my 2018 STX supercrew 4x4 used in January of 2021. It came with tow mirrors. Honestly after having them, I won't own another truck without them.
I use a short antenna so I can leave it attached when putting a car cover over the hood and cab of the truck but it limits the reception considerably for FM stations despite the reviews on Amazon.

If you go with 34's you are going to have to mess with the crash bars. (either trim or remove, I don't remember which) You don't want to do that. With the right leveling kit, 33's will look smoke'n hot.@@dlam1

Number 1 … I’m number 0ne. Number 2.. lose the crocs. Number 3.. throw a bangin system in there, preferably 2 down firing shallow 12s. Number 4.. tint the front windows to match the rear. Number 5.. livernois tuner. Number 6.. cold air intake. Number 7… intercooler. That’s all I can afford right now.
Im not a fan of the current grille, i love my 2018's grille its almost like a super duty. But, the changes to the look of the 2022 line of f150 make it look better than ever. Its flatter, box-ier, just downright sexy.
Looking at the Lariat, just not sure which year, possibly 2021 or 2022. I agree with the leveling and tires.... I will be using it for deliveries, so fuel efficiency is important, how is it in town?
I have been able to get it up to 27 mpg in town (less than 2k miles). Put it in eco mode and be easy on the pedal, you'll go the speed you need to for traffic
One place where Ford screwed up big time was in putting passenger grab handles at the front and not on the top as with every non Ford pickup. No way to add a clothes bar to the cab for travel. Had I realized this common Ford defect I probably would have bought a Ram 1500 in 2022.

Thanks I’m getting katskin leather installed in a few weeks so I can’t wait but I will make a video on the process. Level kit is preference but I like the look of a leveled truck plus it being higher off the ground and being able to fit bigger tires like I did. The v8 is a great engine but I really wanted the Powerboost for its power and the on board generator! My mpg was really great stock I was avg 24-24mpg and up to 28mpg on trips. Now I avg 20mpg and up to 24mpg on trips. I still think that’s amazing. If I had less aggressive tires I know my mpg would be around 21-22
I put a 2" leveling kit in the front and am so glad I did. Makes the truck look so much better with zero change in the ride. Lets you go with a little bigger size tire with no rubbing.
Still waiting for our F150 Larait Powerboost…it’s sitting in storage waiting for chips. The stance of your truck looks awesome with the 2.5 leveling kit, definitely adding but will need bags due to pulling a camper. Will add most of your mods but we added the liner and charger at build.
I waited almost 9 months for mines to come in due to chip shortages but it was the best feeling when it came in and I guess worth the wait. 2.5 level kit makes a big difference, I don’t do much towing but I recommend you also keep therack in the back with a 1.5inch level on the back so it sits higher and won’t squat when you tow something super heavy. I traded in my 2016 F150 FX4 and bought a 2022 F150 Sport. At 3000 KM the machine functions fine and is idiot proof. Ex. auto dimming headlights, it shifts into park if you are stopped and try to get out of the truck. The brakes are also auto applied if the rear sensors detect an object that is too close. I am not sure why Ford cheaped out and did not provide bed liners and wheel well liners. The hood deflector is what I have added to my truck so far. Perhaps I will install a cold air intake one day, I want to hear the turbos whistle. AWESOME: With FORD PASS I can start my truck with my phone.
@@차형석-d1d The key fob does not start the truck from inside of my house at 20 feet away, and outside ...no problem from 200 feet. With Fordpass I can start the truck from very far away.
I just got a FX4 today and I had put those wheel well on but after awhile when they get dirty and muddy there hard to clean and keep clean. No you not get 23mpg. More like 19.
I have nearly 5000 miles on my 22 Lariat and struggle to get 14 miles to the gallon around town, it sucks! Need to do a long freeway trip and see what I get then. Anyone else have such crappy mileage?

That long antenna is to warn you that you're about to smash you cab in a low clearance area. There's a reason it's higher than the cab.

The best I got with my power boost was 32.9mpg. That truck is phenomenal piece of ingenuity.
I have the same truck. Same color, upgraded to those rims and leveled on 33's, tints, and almost all the same upgrades.

The antenna is that long to help you with vertical clearances. If the antenna doesn't clear it, your cabin won't either.

Picked up a space white and chrome ‘22 XLT back in February. Added a 2” level with 35” Nitto Ridge Grapplers.

RWD. It’ll definitely fit with those tires if you put a 2.5inch level, possible slight rub but it will also depend on the tire style itself
But I was considering going up to 34s or 35s myself but I need to tell myself I’m content with 33s lol. Appreciate it man

I’m running no mud flaps or splash guards except the factory little splash guards that already comes on the trucks
Rear wheel well liners are not standard on any trim level and they should be standard on all trim levels.

33/11.50r20 rugged terrain tires but I average 19ish miles. I can get up to 23mpg on trips tho

You can start the truck with your key fob bro. It's a lot faster than app
