Ist halt so, wenn man bei einem klaut, der Reichweite hat 😂 Selbst durch eine Löschung der geklauten Videos bleiben die Urheberrechtsverletzungen und Schadensersatzansprüche unberührt. Mir war es wichtig das öffentlich zu machen und sachlich darzustellen.

Auto Addiction hat meinen TH-cam Kanal löschen lassen, obwohl alle Videos von mir waren. Ich hatte immer Touristenfahrer gefilmt. Ich habe es als Hobby gerne gemacht. Was erlaubt er sich alles, gehört Ihm die Nordschleife.
Das kannst du TH-cam melden, am Besten, wenn du eine Rechtschutz hast dann über den Anwalt. Weil das ist ein grober Verstoß, wenn man jemanden fälschlicherweise sperren lässt. Bei sowas kann man meines Wissens die TH-cam Partnerschaft verlieren oder man wird komplett gelöscht.
@@TheOfficialPayne Ich hatte es TH-cam gemeldet, nachdem er einige Videos von mir löschen lassen hat. TH-cam hat darauf reagiert und mein Kanal wieder freigegeben. Kurz darauf hat er 8 Videos wieder löschen lassen, ich habe es dann so gelassen, da ich keine private Rechtsschutzversicherung habe. Gruß

update: 1) 1 "Einzelperson" (nicht schwer zu erraten wer es ist) hat die ersten 50 Sekunden wegen Datenschutz gemeldet, damit es entfernt werden soll. Das ist keine Datenschutzverletzung einen öffentlichen Kanalnamen zu nennen. 2) AutoAddiction nahm jetzt einen Screenshot von mir aus dem Intro indem ich gerade die Augen geschlossen hatte, schrieb darüber Mr Autismus (was ich nicht habe und für Leute, die darunter leiden sehr beleidigend ist) und lud es auf seinem Kanal hoch. Das ist Mobbing. Diese öffentliche Beleidigung als Mr Autismus in Verbindung mit meinem Foto und dass er einen Screenshot aus meinem Video nimmt und bei sich auf seinem gewerblichen Kanal wieder hochlädt ist doch wieder eine Urheberrechtsverletzung.

Dude, get over it 😂 It was a mistake and not on purpose. Your clip isn't even in the video anymore (for a couple of weeks already). Btw you NEVER wrote to me but you were so happy to give me a copyright strike.... yet the strike is already inactive since using 14 seconds (!) IS considered fair use according to DMCA law.
Nevertheless, like I said, it was a mistake, I would NEVER intentionally use your clips in my videos.

@@thomassajonz7604 I didn't "upload" his video. My videos got stolen on tiktok by user @the2010bmw (which is now offline). He had many tiktok posts from my content and I decided to use them as TH-cam shorts on my own channel (since it was my own footage). However, I later found out that, out of the 20 videos, there was one video that had 14 seconds of footage in it that was NOT from my channel, but from Top nürburg. I found out AFTER top nurburg decided to give me a copyright strike. I never got any message from him. "and what about the watermark in the video?" you might ask... I re-rendered all the tiktok clips in a single render which included my watermark. I did not place my watermark on every single clip. (because then I would have noticed it.
