C751B trains were ordered due to the Changi Airport Line extension from Tanah Merah. When Changi Airport station opened in 2002, 5 C751B trains has luggage racks installed but it was quickly removed as it wasn’t really used.
20/07/2021 was the very last time 311/312 ran on CGL.

C651 207/208 is somehow still alive after 29 years tbh, could be the very last ‘old logo’ of the first three generation trains to live and decommissioned which is amazing. My new successor to the SIE and KNS trains is the KSF C151B while the KHI new successor will be the R151
