    Tip, I run my lid blade through hot water before putting it on. ☺️

    If you're having problems try to thaw the bananas a little bit so they're not super hard. It will blend easier.

    mine doesn't blend like that, the blades keep moving but the banana gets stuck on the walls and it makes a terrible sound. am I using too much liquid maybe?

    I had to add more oat milk to get it to blend. I think my problem is the bananas are frozen whole, not sliced up.

      I've been trying to do this in my nutribullet lately and I've gotta say that I haven't been very successful, my theory about this is that because there's no way to push to down the frozen fruit down to where the blade is. You can't open it at the top and press down the ingredients with a spatula or tapper. I think the blender is a fairly powerful blender but the cup wasn't made with ice cream in mind. Another thing is that I have a devil of a time pulsing with this blender and I think that pulsing is key in making thick smoothie bowls and ice cream

    How did you make it get to that consistency? I have a magic bullet and it won't blend solid things unless I put some liquid in the blender

    • @JoannaLy96
      @JoannaLy96 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      She put splash of water...

    • @jesusislord9755
      @jesusislord9755 8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes but even when I put a splash of liquid (I use almond milk instead of water), it won't blend it enough to get that ice cream consistency. Then when I add a little bit more it gets too liquid like a milkshake.

    • @analauram
      @analauram 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I made one just now and had the same problem with the magic bullet :(

    • @earthsfoods
      @earthsfoods  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      the magic bullet is not as powerful as the nutribullet. it may not be strong enough

    • @Kameelah
      @Kameelah 5 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Jesus Is Lord Honestly you don’t need liquid at all, just banana. You have to fix your technique is all. What I mean by that is you have to blend, take it off the base, shake it crazy, take a spoon to stir it around a bit, put the lid back on and blend (you want to follow these steps until you get the texture you want-you really have to work it) *Also let the frozen bananas thaw for maybe 10min before you try to blend *It also helps to cut the bananas in little pieces...like I said no liquid needed & works every time. Hope this helps! Oh!...don’t leave it running too long, you’ll wipe out your motor...just use common sense and “pulse” (blend for like 10 sec and then follow above steps)
