Do you write non-fiction? My best time to write is in the middle of the night between 12 midnight and 3:00 . Nap for an hour . Bath at four and be at work at 05:30 for 8 hours.
everyone has their own set of fundamentals when it comes to writing., be consistent all the time- irrespective of anything out there, keep going on. I have this mentality- the legendary books are never made easily, it took them decades to bind and present it to the world. So be patient to yourself too. Love❤
