Answer is the most composed GG character since Slayer. Dude carries on a perfectly calm phone conversation the entire fight because who do you think ACTUALLY has to run the Zanuff administration while President Chipp is "on vacation?"

anyone know the inputs to the iad combo into JS he does quite allot??? because I can't land it know matter how hard I try lol
Not really into Ninja type but answer might be my first just for curiosity ... but THAT IAD combo feels like it shouldn't be there.
Compared to chip he deals 2 times his damage and through a simple IAD Combo (hit confirming aside obviously) while him has to do juggles and also has the all jump install thingie when he's mid screen to get the best out of it , implying slightly more execution as well , granted i don't know how hard doing these "Card" cancels are so there might some justification there.
Right now i'm betting that by the time of console release they'll remove at least this combo in favor of something to do with his cards.
I mean, Chipp is also a bit underpowered. Not a whole lot, though.
The problem is that combo is useless against almost half the cast because j5P whiffs on shorter characters. Notice how he never broke out that combo against Leo? That's why.
Chipp underpowered? What the hell are you smoking? Chipp's one of the strongest characters in GG right now. That IAD combo is nothing compared to some of the things that Chipp can do.

yeah it is but it's very difficult to do, I tried doing it too.
