I really like the kind of song where the singer just goes 2 kind of different voices duet with each other. Not a lot of Hololive girl does something like that, I can only recall like Kanata's 獣ゆく細道 or Risu's Hakujitsu, even tho. quite a number of them have the kind of range for that.
Chloe falls into the same category as Moona and Risu. You have the adorable Sakamata, and LADY ORCA Chloe. Everyone who watches her is aware of the type of genre she likes to do for her voice. But this is the second song where we got to listen to a good chunk of it. Compared to the other girls in HOLOX, she has released the most original songs and covers, but almost all of her originals are super short asf. So it's obvious that she's been pretty serious about the music side of things but probably didn't have the resources for it until now. Overall, Chloe's vocal range can definitely be placed together along with Suisei, Towa, Risu and Moona
It's safe to say that everyone's favourite stinky orca is working hard to build up quite an impressive catalogue of songs, where she really shows her skills. On a FYI basis: this song is part of the "holo*27" project between Hololive and the composer/producer DECO*27 (pronounced Deco-ni-na) which came into fruition today (2023-03-15) with the release of two albums, one of new originals and the other of covers, all performed by Hololive members hand-picked by DECO*27 himself. This is also the 4th song from the originals album that came with music videos, and I sure hope there will be more to come.

Chloe has a really cute higher register and a gorgeous lower register. Her cover of "キメラ" (Chimera) and her original song "擬態ごっこ" (Marionette) also do a great job of showing off her deep voice and the contrast with her higher voice as well. Both of these songs were also made by Deco*27.

That's what this whole HOLO*27 thing is, a huge collaboration between Hololive and DECO*27 for two full albums of original and cover songs from various members, this being one of them. Chloe can pretty much switch up her singing voice to either a higher pitch one or a deeper one. She's an amazing singer, I like this song and her vocals here! Other members are capable of this kind of vocal feat: Kanata, especially her cover of 獣ゆく細道/The Narrow Path and her two covers of コールボーイ/Call Boy (one of them with Okayu) shows her range very well Risu, her cover of Snow Halation is a great showcase of both her Risu and her Ayunda voices. Astel Leda (Holostars), his cover of Ah, Osaka Dreaming Night (with Temma and Roberu) for low register and his cover of 僕は今日も/Boku Wa Kyou Mo for his mid to high vocals show a good bit of his range
Generation 6, HoloX, as they are called (ho-rocks or ho-rux), have been a storm since they debuted in late 2021. Just amazing singers and have so many songs now. They are amazing with exceptions like Suisei, Calli, and Towa, dominate the top 30 thirty lists more than any other single generation..

Chloe is very much like Risu in a lot of regards- playful, silly an mischievous on stream, but she opens her mouth to sing and she becomes a completely different person. What’s interesting (and someone who’s better versed in Japanese please correct me) is that her accent seems to disappear when she goes into her deeper, smoother voice. Chloe has a Kansai accent, which I’ve heard described as the Japanese equivalent of a southern or Texan accent in the US. I think it’s still present when she’s singing in the voice that’s closer to her speaking voice, but seems to disappear when she goes into her “singing ego” or whatever you want to call it.
Finally!!!, Chloe is one of my favorites in hololive because of her vocal range, you can always check out any of her songs and covers and all of them are gorgeous, I would recommend her song with Laplus, to hear and incredible vocal performance by two of the most cheeky members of hololive, also check out Lui, she also has some crazy songs

Never assume that the vtuber’s speaking voice is their natural voice, since it often isn’t. Even Suisei has gone through a couple of speaking voices due to the strain of using it on stream, and she was concerned it might change again after her surgery last year.

I really wish we could hear Chloe's deep voice more often. The first time I heard it in one of her karaoke streams I was hooked. I'm certain it's closer to her natural register than the high pitch voice she normally streams with. In the past Suisei used to stream with a much higher cutesy voice similar to Chloe but had to stop after it was giving her throat issues, really hope Chloe doesn't run into the same type of issues. But yeah, I don't think she has a naturally high voice at all, her streaming voice is definitely an affectation.
