There are millions of products out there, and a lot of them don't live up to their descriptions or the pictures on their labels. I've wasted a lot of money over the years on products that don't live up to the hype, but since watching your videos you've saved me a lot of money, time and frustration. Thank you for doing what you do Pan the organizer, I feel you've never steered us wrong

I think the best thing you did was to not mention the name of the other party. That was pure class. It shows that you're not willing to stoop to their level.
Thanks Raphael! I know many would have liked to know the identity of the brand, but I didn't want to use the same name calling and low level tactics as that other TH-cam channel did. Eventually, the truth will be revealed anyways. Brands and TH-camrs that act like that have no place in the detailing community. I have always been about positivity. And today I took a stance against being bullied.
I agree with the no name calling it's just that I'd still like to know so I won't purchase their products. If that makes any sense.

It’s truly sad that some people always want to try and bring others down. This always shows more about the person that is doing the attacking then the person they are attacking. Pan is truly showing his character by not exposing the company. The people involved in this act will only bring themselves and all of those involved down. Sorry to see this has happened to Pan or anyone out there with good intentions.
As a loyal pan the organizer, you do not need to explain yourself, we are on your side, we know you, you’re humble, transparent, honest, and have a great level of integrity. If other brands fail to meet you half way with those traits, then they do not deserve to even end up in your channel, no drama is necessary here, only friendly vibes.

"exposing" on youtube often means "hey I'm trying to get views using the name of someone with a larger public to get attention cause I don't wanna work hard", don't worry Pan, your public is here not because of the products you use, but because we believe in you and your passion :)

I have been watching Pan’s videos for over 4 years, since back in the days when Pan would make his vacation videos. From all the videos I have watched. My opinion is Pan has always been honest, transparent and fair. I have full trust and support Pan.

Thank you so much Melvin! I went through two days of stress trying to figure out why people would throw false accusations. I never did anything wrong and especially have been there since day 1 for my fans and viewers. And tonight my viewers proved that they had my back and took a position against cyber bullying! The video has now been taken down, further proving false accusations. I guess this backfired big time on that other channel. He should focus on doing positive things for the detailing community instead of doing TMZ style cheap videos to accuse others. I was disgusted by such behaviour.
Pan - why is it that you Canadians are so nice? Over my life I have lived with and worked with many folks from the fabulous land of Maple-Everything and to a person there were always polite, kind and thoughtful people. Back in my day we would have hauled the jerk behind the woodshed and 'straightened' him out, end of the problem. Seriously, thank you for the honest and transparent presentations - you have helped me take better care of my vehicles.
Heheh thanks man! I appreciate it. It means a lot that my viewers stood up to this bully and showed me their unconditional support. People always try to aim for the top dogs, and I think jealousy and the fact his little channel isn't growing much fuelled that stupid attempt to defame me and others.
But that backfired on that little channel and made him irrelevant, and that brand nobody speaks about anymore now. And my channel continued it's meteoric growth, now at 800,000 subscribers and 100 million views, putting it in the top three biggest detailing channels in the world, specifically because my viewers appreciate what I do and the content I put out. :)
The fact that anyone would even question, let alone attack Pans credibility just baffles me. This is a man that has built his success from the ground up, bolstering the detailing community along the way. Pan we are behind you all the way :)

you don't know how friendly your videos are for beginners. everyone can do videos on detailing, and how tos. but i was easily sold on the products from your guides, awards etc... you add the reminders and how to maintain aftercare. which not many channels can do. and then there's your collaborations with small detailing companies...whatever you are doing please continue. your honesty trumps haters. I once made a 4 minute video; recording, editing, learning how to edit correctly, timing everything, storytelling etc. That 4 minute video took me like 4 hours to make. There's a lot that goes into it. Pan comes out with so much content that's helpful to everyday people who care about their cars and want to maintain them. The product reviews are great especially for someone like me who has no idea about this stuff. And if his content enables a company to make sales, then he has the right to ask for any compensation he feels is fair. Even if it's not, If the company is willing to pay him what he wants, then why the hell not? Have you ever negotiated at a job interview to be paid less? No.
He's worked hard and is able to reap the rewards. Anyone would do that and that should be the end of it. In return, we get good content to consume and products that we can confidently buy for our cars rather than walking into an auto store and figuring out what to get.
And its not like he just shows the products on the camera and asks people to go buy it. He deep cleans at least 1 car and then demonstrates how to apply the product, how to test it and how to maintain it. Does anyone know how much effort goes into cleaning a car properly? It's time consuming and laborous. It takes a special kind of patience and passion. Whatever he earns out of his hard work, he deserves it.

Pan, I have just turned 70 and am starting my own detailing business. You were the first presenter I came across and subscribed immediately. No one reviews all the products that you do for nothing unless they are an idiot to go out and buy $100+ products to demo and pass on that product performance/recommendation to me, for nothing. I live on this channel because my previous business was IT and I need to live the experience of detailing first.
This incident displays the qualities of the other party. Sharing private emails is not acceptable under any circumstances. Keep up the good work because you are my goto channel and always will be, no BS, no flannel, no gimmicks just plain honest presenting. A man of integrity now and always will be, in my opinion.

Since I started detailing as a hobby I have followed you and your opinion always has steered me very well towards products that work that get value for money. I’m sure I’m not on my own when I say this is so fantastic because I don’t have an endless budget to waste on products that are rubbish. You're so right. There are some wicked haters out there that have detailing channels that hate on others instead of coming together like some do. It's a whole lot more fun being part of a great community and group of detailers. No room for this negative crap.
I’m with Team Pan. During the lockdown/shelter in place last year (Northern California), I was spending more time at home and I became more serious about learning about washing my vehicles. I randomly searched TH-cam and found Pan (I was trying to learn about grit/dirt guards). Since then, I’ve watched countless hours of Pan’s videos, and my knowledge and understanding of car detailing has increased tremendously. Since I began watching Pan’s TH-cam channel, I’ve invested in car detailing tools, equipment, chemicals, etc (purchased my first electric pressure washer). But the best feature of Pan’s TH-cam channel: Whenever I’m confused about something with car detailing, Pan always promptly replies to my inquires and provides clarity. He explains what or why. I appreciate that.

I’m just a guy that likes to keep my cars in good shape. I must say Pan is one of my fav car detailers on YT. The way he enjoys detailing says it all. He is very charismatic and fun to watch. I enjoy watching his vids, showing new products and how to properly use them. I can, and I do make my own decision on which products I purchase.

I agree with that. The problem is if you have a business it does have consequences. I think Pan did the right thing by releasing a video to clarify things.
New to Pans channel and I have yet to see anything that have me question his integrity. This type of drama is going to occur and he seems to have addressed it accordingly.
Thank you! It seems that when you become successful, there is always a minority of jealous people wanting to bring you down. If they just spent that same energy focusing in their own things and working harder to produce better videos, perhaps their channel would grow more.
You never see any if the big channels (over 500,000 subscribers) try to start drama, or belittle or bully smaller channels.
It’s always an oddball smaller channel that has anger issues and can’t control his emotions that likes to be controversial or stir drama. Pathetic way of living one’s life.
Not for a single second, have you given any of us a reason to doubt your integrity and values. You are truthful, detailed (pun intended hehe), educational, have a very high standard, and wondrously positive! Your love for the detailing community and the craft is unparalleled and it shows, no, it shines ( I guess I should stop but I feel like I'm on a roll).

Pan I have worked in various new car dealerships as an auto detailer and have picked up alot of good working habits over the last 15 years.

Pan , I appreciate that you carry yourself with class and positivity. I also appreciate how thoroughly you review a product or process. Detailing is something I have been getting more and more into and am enjoying working on my cars to get the best results possible. I don’t hav e supercar or anything crazy, just a daily driver SUV and my late fathers Lexus that I store at my house. It’s so nice to see both of them shining and always looking brand new.

Technically the brand didnt expose anything. The youtuber did. This is like a rap battle in a way. You did this, yeah well you did that. Not really sure what scott was trying to achieve but I doubt the company shared the information with the intent of it being blasted on youtube as they jave their own channel they could do that from. Seems more like jealousy than anything.
Also kind of the same with Chelsea, she was kind of thrown under the bus.

Has nothing to do with them. Do we stop using all those products as well?

bro, I don't care how good a company rep is, when there is any breach of privacy, I will not support unethical business practices period.
Brother you put out great content and are very knowledgeable in detailing. Jealousy and hate is all it is. This said company will take a big loss in the end. Keeping doing you brother you are one of the best out there!
