  • An incredibly healthy, very tasty and very tender dessert made from ordinary ingredients and prepared in minutes! Try it very quickly and easily! You can try to play with the flavors of this dessert - using either fermented baked milk or yoghurt, you can add cocoa powder. Instead of sugar, you can add your favorite sweetener. Ingredients:
    500 ml of fermented baked milk or Greek yogurt,
    Sugar to taste,
    instant gelatin - 15 grams,
    cold water - 50 ml,
    ripe and sweet bananas - 3-4 pcs.
    If desired, you can add cocoa - 1-2 tbsp. l.
    Place in the refrigerator to harden completely.
