    Audio is more important than video. You hear this a lot because it’s true.
    - Zoom F3. I love this recorder because it is super small, extremely easy to use, and safe. Zoom f3 audio recorder is a 32-bit float recorder perfect for home studios, and youtube studios. This one will take your TH-cam audio setup to the next level.
    - Audio Technica AT875R. Is easy to work with, the price is low, and the sound is amazing. Is a perfect shotgun microphone for TH-cam.
    If you pair it with a good shock mount, your TH-cam Studio Setup will be almost complete.
    - I recommend AT8410A. I find this to be the best microphone shock mount on the market.
    - Let's move to the Mic Arm. I recommend Blue Compass Mic Arm. I like it because it’s long enough for talking head videos and you can tighten it up and set it in the perfect position all the time.
    - Don't forget about the Sandisk Micro SD Card and the Microphone cable.
    And yes, you can record directly into the camera

    Hi Gabriel, Love your stuff! Subscribed a while back. I'm 70 yrs. old.(technically challenged👀) I bought the Zoom F3, play my classical guitar into the F3.Have 2 stereo condenser mics(48v)phantom power. Put the micro SD Card into the reader to create the file. Could you do a step by step video tutorial for seniors like me who would like to create video's by syncing the audio into the video through maybe Logic Pro for audio and Final Cut Pro for video? I'm buying a Sony A7 IV camera. Please forgive me, I'm still learning. Thank you Gabriel, your video's are awesome! Love your rig!...Steve

      Hello! Thank you for your comments and I am happy to see you here. I think you do great recordings with your Zoom F3 and two stereo condensers 😁 Unfortunately I don’t use Logic Pro or Final Cut Pro but I am sure that you can find a ton of tutorials about audio syncing. I use only Davinci Resolve and Premiere PRO. In Final Cut, I am 100% sure that is something easily similar to Davinci.
      The A7 IV it's a beast. You have a great setup!
      Thank you for your comment :)

    Absolutely amazing video, Gabriel, thanks a lot! I have been doing some research about improving my audio for my channel. Currently, I'm using Lark M2; I tried a few "better" mics like the Rode GO II, but either I'm not sure how to tweak the audio in post, or the Lark M2 are really good, because with Voice Isolation in DR19, both sounded almost the same to my novice ears; I do have an untreated room too. Would love to see how you do the processing in DR19 (if you actually do any) to finish it up!

      Hey man! Thank you :) Glad you like my video. I heard about Lark M2 but I didn't have the opportunity to test them. Looks like a pretty solid system.
      If you like the final result with them, don't change it. If you need more, I really recommend this system with Zoom F3 and AT875R.
      I have on my list a video about how I process my audio but I always have trouble with it :)) I try to find the best and easiest way to show it. And yes, I edit the final audio.
      Thank you!

    Love your videos. Can you please suggest or make a video about budget laptop for 4k video editing. That would be really helpful.

      Hey! I am not an expert on laptops but from my experience on MAC go with any M1, M2, or M3 PRO with a minimum of 16 G, and on Windows: a minimum of 32 GB RAM, Video Card NVidia RTX and a good, new i7, i9 or something better. 4K requires a lot of resources.

    Amazing video, and right when I needed some sound advice🔥 thank you again, Gabriel, for an excellent and well explained video🎉 Would you recommend a dynamic mic over a shotgun in an untreated room for a podcast setup?

    • @GabrielVIP

      Hello!
      Thank you :) Glad you like my video.
      For a podcast, if you use a good dynamic mic like RE320, RE20, SM7B, or SE Electronics Dynacaster, yes!
      But don’t forget to learn some mic speaking techniques :)
      Thank you for your comment!

    Great video, any thoughts on the zoom F1-LP? I wouldn't mind getting away from the DJI wireless mics for in-cab, but XLR would not be a great fit for me. I need to have something that works for my cardiod headset mic, and then I would need to set up some sort of magnetic mount set up for exterior audio. The wireless set up is good, but sometimes it is cumbersome to set everything up.

    • @GabrielVIP
      @GabrielVIP  6 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hey! Thank you! I didn't tested the F1-LP. You want to connect your headset to this recorder? Do you right now connect the headset to the DJI?

    • @DirtAndRocks
      @DirtAndRocks 6 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@GabrielVIP Yeah, the headset will plug in to the wireless mic to override the internal mic. I may check into the F1-LP and see if it will be a good fit. Thanks again!

    Thanks Gabriel, great video, might be one for future consideration. Unfortunately, I don't use any XLR setup, only usb Wireless Pro, no audio post processing, usually straight to TH-cam...😮

      Thanks! For a more free-live style, your method is perfect. Less time invested. But of course, if you ever want more studio quality, you can move to XLR :)
      Thank you for your comments my friend 🤗

    • @GabrielVIP
      @GabrielVIP  4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hey! It depends. If you have a big space between you and the camera 5-10 feet, go with 30mm, if you want super wide go with 16. Both are great but it’s up to your space :)
