Coming from a skateboarding background I find the PintX the most comfortable for my riding style
The Pint is more like a street board and the GT is more like a longboard if I were to equate it to skating.
I bought a pint, the regular one. fell in love with one wheeling, but the only thing i didnt like was the range! youll want to ride so much!! thats why im buying the GT because of the range.
not gonna lie though the pint still has alot going for it 6-8 miles is still pretty far! just youre gonna wanna ride for longer.
Awesome breakdown of the boards! Dig the hat!!
Thanks homies! I always appreciate you guys checking out my content. I’d love to collaborate with Future Motion one day 🤙🎥
I weigh over 250 so I had no choice but to go with the GT. If the pint was capable of my weight I would have probably went with it but I am really happy with my GT. Great 👍 vid as always!
You could choose to lose weight 😮. Sorry that was mean. I’m 230 and using that as motivation to lose my fat gut as I wait in my Pint X. So far I’ve lost .01 pounds in 7 days.
@WaldenSpawn nothing mean about that, I can't change that I wear a size 14 shoe and the pint is just geared towards smaller people. Even if I was within the weight limit I got a chance to ride one since the comment and the pint is just not for me.
@@PlanetOwner Gotcha, you’re a big guy, not necessarily overweight. I wear a size 12 and 6’1 but can definitely stand to lose a good 20lbs. I couldn’t justify the price of the GT but will probably end up with one if I know me.
@WaldenSpawn I certainly could benefit from losing some weight there's no argument there 😂 even on the GT there are times where I can tell with the 10 pounds I have lost I still could lose some more. The pint kind of felt like a penny board where the GT my feet still hang over but not as much. I do like both but definitely glad I went with the GT at my size 👍try them both if you can, I wish I could have but I purchased the GT never riding a onewheel at all.
@@PlanetOwner just got a Pint X and it looks pretty exciting - like a new bike for a kid. If you are "trail riding" at night, you oughta have a head-lamp
Because I'm a small woman (5'2'' 105lbs) I bought the Pint X and I still think it's the perfect board for me. I did try an XR once and it felt like a huge boat under my feet haha I didn't like the feeling. More range will always be fun but at my size I easily do 22 miles on 94% battery which is usually enough. Sometimes I wish I could go faster but having crashed twice, I'm glad it was not at higher speed haha. I also don't imagine carrying 35lbs when you need to climb up stairs or walk in a mall etc. 27lbs is already heavy after 5 min carrying it.
The Pint platform definitely works best with smaller people. You can have much less control over the big boards if you have smaller feet. Glad you found your perfect board and thanks for watching 🙌🙌
this video was very helpful. thanks!
I just bought a pint x, but I previously had a gt that I sold. I’m hoping I’m not disappointed 😅
Your vids are always top notch. I watch them even if I'm not interested in the specific content, they are that good... FOMF!
That’s very kind! Thank you so much 🙌🙌 Your comment means a lot to me as I put a lot of hard work into my videos 🎥💯
Coming from a pint x owner if I had the chance to go back I would of probably went with the gt, I want a bit more speed before I hit pushback and more head room after. Also the stability would be a nice bonus on trails
You’re better off with the pint x honestly in most cases. It’s more versatile. It’s 23% lighter than the GT and is easier to do tight maneuvers with. Top speed is 18 mph with the pint x and 20 mph with the GT so the GT is only barely faster. If you did the full range with the GT then your legs are probably going to be burning afterwards. Not to mention, the more expensive your board, the more likely someone will rob you at gunpoint for it. The pint x is great for local commutes and tight maneuver tricks. The GT is more of a touring type board for exploring.
Thanks for the perspective. It is such an amazing looking piece of tech, I am fairly confident any model will completely blow my mind.@@BimmerWon
@@trevorjensen7138 np. Have fun!
@@BimmerWonthank you so much for saving me some money 😭 I’m impulsively buying one and I don’t want to be disappointed and regret getting the x and not the GT.
