I would try and have the wedding band on your index finger first and just see how that feels for you first. Bench press and squats you won't feel it, but deadlifts might be a bit different
In retrospect I should have gotten a smaller ring because the size I got would have fallen off with a very hard shake. Make sure to get the sizing kit and you can try them on yourself

I have. When it is on your index finger it doesn't get to much in the way. What specific lifts would you be thinking about?

How do you wear your ring ? Loose or tight ? Will the ring fall off When you shake your hand hard ?
