The AI Act Regulators

Head of Artificial Intelligence, Brian McElligott discusses the enforcement of the AI Act, highlighting two regimes:
The AI Office, which oversees general-purpose AI model providers, and
Market surveillance authorities, which regulate AI systems under existing market surveillance laws.
