You make a good point. I have seen SEVERAL streamers and TH-camrs put out tier lists that have Junker Queen and Roadhog low to bottom tier, but speaking from experience as I’ve been playing for several hours now, in solo queue they slap. Maybe if you’re playing on a pro level they aren’t good, but I can easily top frag a lot of my games with both of them. Pick who feels good to you and you’ll do fine, OW2 is much better balanced across the board than OW1.
If you are new my best advice is to learn 2 characters in each role it’ll take time but the biggest problem with new people I see is they only know 1-2 characters and they have a hard time changing to deal with getting countered

Great video. Was a pretty big halo COD and lol player. Just played an hour of overwatch. Seems like a great combo so far like that games aren’t as long a league. But each kill feels impactful.
I thank you for saying supports job isnt only to heal. I got flammed by a trash tank saying i was why we lost cause as a Moira i should have had more that 6k healing. I ended the match with 6k healing 9k damage (4k more than either dps) and my healing was 3k more than our mercy. The tank wouldnt make soace and out dps would get picks, dive, or hit shots so i picked up where they couldn’t and then got flammed and until now its changed how I play and I basically never back line with moira or throw damage orb just cause I thought i was playing it wrong.

Your "Guide" is actually something that every game could use: Don´t blame everyone else and play with your teammates :)
I played the game for a bit at launch and had a blast while it lasted. I'm looking to play this pretty casual-competitive as I don't really have the time to grind. I'd love to see some in depth role guides to help me wrap my brain around the game

A trip from a long time player: Don't worry about winning and don't get annoyed by your team, even if they are terrible. Focus on yourself and you will slowly get better.
As a casual player thinking of trying this game out, do you "have" to eventually enter ranked? Can I just stay in a casual non-ranked typo mode indefinitely? Thx.
i like how two of the roles only have one job but nooo if your support you got to heal the whole team and do dps and cc and oh sorry use your support kit
I used to play OW 1, but i was never good at it and never played ranked, I just played it for fun. So i didn't have competitive unlocked :( But I did have all the heroes.
Role queue should be one rank combined. Nobody has time to grind 3 different roles. It should be just like open queue but with roles. It literally would be so much better
