It's time to break the cycle of generational trauma. You deserve something a lot better.

You are 100% responsible for your own luck. Let that sink in and take ownership over everything that stands in the way - excuses do not get a vote. It is all up to you. ☘️☘️☘️

As a mum to my daughter now I've become aware of so many respoces within myself and my family around me that I feel are just so unhealthy.
Its difficult going through this stage of healing as those around who have those unhealthy responses seem to try and use it as a space to make themselves feel better.
I know speaking with someone about the responses that I have within my self which are not so healthy is definitely the best way to heal them and resolve them aposed to simply coping. With them as Ive been taught. This video has enlightened so many new factors to keep in mind and implement more in my own life so I can also teach my daughter healthier ways too. Giving her a safe, nurturing and supportive childhood to grow up in in a space where she knows she is so loved and cared for and protected is the most important thing to m now.
This video has given me a lot more understanding to my own reactions as well while makes them easier to deal with through that understanding too. Your own lessons and insights are going to help so many others like myself too. It's a beautiful impact to have in the world
Sorry turned into a bit of a novel ! So much to do and seeing how much W can make a change in each day makes life such an exciting place to be too

Hey, just making sure you're still out there. I hope so. If you are, I want to let you know that as someone who five years ago couldn't see the light at the end of it all, I am finally happy. You can unravel the knots of trauma, one bit at a time. Keep going. There's at least one person rooting for you on the sidelines.

It’s not my job to heal everybody else. My only job is to work on and heal myself

Candice, this is such an important topic for people to hear. Can we talk about the generational trauma of abortion? My mother's abortion that took my twin's life, but not mine was very traumatic. She kept it a secret for decades. The trauma of that, never being talked about, much less resolved played out through my own abortions, and then working in the abortion industry. When I surrendered my life to Christ the recovery started and the Cycle was broken!! I was pulled out of the darkness of this captivity. That was 42 years ago. It's been a journey. Now, I openly speak about the generational trauma of abortion and the importance of addressing the multiple layers of the damage it causes. We talk about the generational trauma of abuses of all kinds, but hardly ever is the generational trauma of abortion addressed. Can we please talk about this? The cycle continues and until it's discussed, the pain remains hidden. Thank you for your part in increasing awareness!

I am not a professional in this field. I do wonder when it is asked if we are self medicating whether there might be some nuance to that. I think the field of biohacking is very taboo and inflamatory but I believe that there are people in that mindset and world that are seeking ways of healing epigenetic changes that may be perpetuating trauma. A lot of these methods were underground and not recognized but have started to become more mainstream and studied. Microdosing or different drug therapies. Somewhere in all of this i get really confused over what is potentially right or wrong or might be self medication disguised as drug therapy or how much these practives may be very helpful.

Historical trauma and generational disembodiment has impact for sure. For ex, hundreds of years of chattel slavery still impacts today's generation.

the british literally colonized the whole world, started slavery, forced the irish into a famine, and other things so yes, it is all your fault and you do not have generational trauma. you are generational traumatizers. you are not the victim.
