Changing spy seal / bowl scraper seal 4x4 Nissan Patrol Y60 Y61 GQ GU Mechanical tutorial

Welcome to a new mechanical tutorial video!
In this video we have a leak in the axle spy seal and the bowl wiper seal on a long nissan patrol y60.
The problem was that there was oil on the inside of the tire, which indicated 2 things. 1) a leak in the scraper bowl seal which allowed oil to come out of the bowl and therefore water also entered. 2) a leak from the half shaft Spy seal sealing with axle oil.
For this we are going to dismantle the entire running gear, from the hubs to the half shaft in order to change the Spy seal internal to the bridge which is leaking, and change the wiper seals which were letting water pass into the bridge.

torx key hubs
brake caliper bushing 17
scraper seal bushing 12
to remove the Spy seal a screwdriver and a wooden block to put it back

Juste surpris par le serrage au couple de la bague de contrainte, je ne fais pas comme ça et je doute, vu le faible couple et la présence de graisse en excès, que ce soit pertinent. 😜
Vu le nombre de fois que ce sujet est abordé sur les pages Patrol, je vais me faire un plaisir à la partager souvent cette vidéo 👍

Oh tu sais comme tu dis un serrage au couple quand c'est blindé de graisse puis 500 km tu en refait un qui durera plusieurs millier de kilomètres😉 on a parler de cette vidéo sur les forum il y a quelque jours c'est avec plaisirs que je la partage pour que tout le monde puisse entretenir correctement son patrol 😁

Salut comment as tu fait pour les cales des roulements de pivots ? J'ai tout changé en neuf sauf les anciennes cales et 3 mois apres rebelote sa fuit de nouveau

Il se trouve sur les sites d'équipementier, elle va pile poil sur la bague de serrage du roulement et comme ça tu peut y mettre la clef dynamo
