Gajanan Ji, If your agreement says the possession date is March 30, 2024, you can get compensation if the developer doesn't deliver on time. But, if your agreement has a grace period, you can't ask for compensation until that period is over. You can't claim compensation if you've agreed in writing to the delay. Check if the agreement includes floor extension. If the developer didn't get approval from most buyers for this change, they can't modify the original plan. Remember, MahaRERA's extended dates don't affect your specific possession date. You're eligible for compensation only if you don't get possession by March 30, 2024.
