I'm aware that some channels that featured Chuggaaconroy have since deleted or privated their content due to recent events. For clarity, I'm keeping this up for archival purposes and I don't see myself ever really wanting to take it down. Rest in Peace TRG, these Mario Party videos were always a ton of fun to watch : )

I’ve never heard Jon get that angry since the Dokapon Kingdom LP and I found TRG in late 2019 too. Holy cow, that’s more rage quitting I’ve ever heard in a human being in my life aside from the pandemic!!!!
Before this, Dokapon was the most unhinged Jon had been. This surpasses it by a huge margin.

This board is now a legendary hallmark of the Runawayguys history as the day Jon finally lost it
No the best part is that it's not like a stereotypical kind, the way jon snapped is that legit something shuts off and he just goes dead silent
He says luck screwed him over, but he got second overall. For someone with supposedly bad luck, he sure did do quite well.
I think it's more that he played most of the boards pretty well but didn't have enough luck on his side to win any of them, plus Tim having bad luck on the DK board where everyone else got 10+ stars inflates some of the numbers.
No he played well which is why he got 2nd, if they played the extended 30 round game jon would have

2. Strangled Tim and Emile

The only way I could see Jon getting even angrier would have been if he somehow landed on the Bowser space of death, roll a 1 but doesn't lose anything, next turn rolls a 1 again and then loses everything, I think his head would actually explode at that point
I think he wouldn’t be able to recover from that if he lost everything
I really believe Jon needs to punish Emile by making him suffer through Mario Party 10 with Jon as Bowser.
Because he wouldn't voluntarily play Sticker Star.

bruh emile got shutdown in gcn mario party. this was in retaliation to all that. Now every trg member got shutout from a mario party.

Here's the thing
The Snag Bag on the AI is rigged
To where they are programmed to only steal from people with items in join order
A.i. if Player 2 has an item, it will never steal from player 1
Since Jon was player 3 the AI always stole from him
The AIs always duel Jon regardless of what he has (Peacn dueled Jon 3 times in Mario Party 7. Boo proceeded to duel Jon when Chugga was in the lead on Neon Heights in Mario Party 7)

I feel bad, not just for Jon being absolutely shit on by the RNG, but for both Emile, who had hyped this game up as the best handheld Mario Party during the intro to the LP, and the fan who lent them their childhood copy of the game to record with, being made painfully aware that this was one of Jon's worst Mario Party experiences ever.
Regarding the fan, fret not. Andrew (now Amber) LOVED the LP.
Mario Party DS' massive hate-boner for Jon is legendary.

Remember how Dokapon and "Emile Ruins Everything" was touted as the moment that almost broke up TRG? Well, I think this whole board might have surpassed that.

This has got to be the first time I've ever seen a Mario Party Board just shit on a player. The only way it would have been worse was if Jon was zero flamed. Then we may actually have gotten TRG's first full on Rage-Quit.

When Poofesure played Mario Party DS he was unlucky too which caused to him rage-quit!

Agree, It been a while since I played Mario party DS, but I don’t remember it this insane with it’s rng this munch in a small amount of time.
Fun fact: wario always picked protonjon because the ai when using the snag bag is programmed to pick the player with the highest port number, in order of P4-P3-P2-P1.
Bowser went from sexy posing to Jon back in Mario Party 3 to absolutely hating and screwing over the ever loving piss out of him

I can't help but remember the "Stop it, STOP IT, STOP IT" as the Battle minigame appears. Poor Jon sounds like he's being legit tortured, I've never seen a Mario Party game be THIS vicious towards someone.

The best part is throughout the playthrough, however mad Jon got, he always apologized to Andrew for getting made at Andrew's favorite game. In this board I think Jon just figured IF Andrew was watching, he'd understand.
Now let's watch John play story mode and see how long it takes him to complete it.
Considering Player 1 has a huge advantage (and an unfair one at that), Jon would probably first try all the boards in story mode.
Considering he got second when everything was gunning at him, he would win Mario Party DS solo mode easily.
He streamed Story Mode once a few years ago. He only played one board and won it, but by complete luck
