Important to point out that it doesn’t actually make the device MagSafe compatible, it just aligns the MagSafe puck, you only get basic QI wireless charging not 15w MagSafe.
I just got my screen fixed and I have a xr I can not get Face ID to even let me set it up

I have one of these for my 11 pro max. I got a MagSafe car mount too, it’s much nicer than the other methods of magnet or clamp style car mounts. Those clamps mounts are ugly, and those other magnet ones will block your wireless charging. MagSafe is becoming so popular now, so I get to have a nice car mount and have wireless charging, and it works with the MagSafe puck too
Do you use the case or magnet ring? Been thinking of putting the magnet ring *inside* my 11 to basically have actual MagSafe
@Phone Repair Guru if you didn't knew, the gravity sensor and compass in the new iphones are compatible with magsafe and are usually tuned from being destroyed or magnetized from the magnets or tuned to give right readings.But normal iphones are not compatible with magnets which can magnetize thier sensor if we keep for too long ang give incorrect readings.The speakers in all phones are probably magnets but they are kept on the right spots or are tuned for them
This is true, i have iPhone SE 2020 version and when i put my anker wireless charger behind it, it fucks with navigation real hard and sometimes hard to navigate when working lol

Just buy the car mount that uses a magnet, it’s literally on sale for $9 comes with 2 mounts one holder and magnet with 3m tape on the back
What about making a MagSafe compatible sponge sponge?
Magsafe Case + a cheap metal ring that they sell for you to stick on your phone make a combo that is much stronger than phone’s magnet

Yeah it's magsafe, but it lack Qi2 compatibility; therefore it only gets 5 watts instead of 15 watts when charing. You're better off getting the 12 line and up.

No, the coil of the watch charger is way too _smol_ for it to work. The iPhone uses the QI wireless charging standard with a coil much larger in diameter.

You couldn't due to magsafe being introduced on the 12 and the 12 has flat edges and the 11 has rounded

I think those magnets are installed inside the phone. It fits inside, that's what most technicians do.
