We on a new level my goal is 10.9 in 100m dash and 21 flat in 200m dash
Ur 100 goal is very low, if you’re running 21 flat, you should be at least like 10.7-10.6

@@chadrosien6945cold or not he is right there is a correlation time wise 100 m to 200. If you run a 10.9 100 there’s no way you’re running a 21.0

In the 100 I just be running I haven't been taught to run it. I just be out there freestyling

Good video! As for your coach not being around. What could he have done? I've been coaching for sometime. Are you the kind of athlete that needs your coach to help you warm up?
I'm running a new event that's I've never done in my life (the 100 ) and I mostly needed my coach for the block situation when the other coaches were hogging them and I was unable to use them
@@TheErinBrownTV I understand the frustration. Talk to your coach. You'll have plenty of other times to compete in the 100. And I understand wanting to use the blocks at a meet but most of the time it doesn't happen unless you bring your own blocks. 10.3 is still a great time. If you plan on transferring to a four year or even attempting to Go Pro after your two years I would be real careful about airing coaches out online
