Baylor University track stars get in race specific work on their home track in Waco, Texas. 6x NCAA All-American Nathaniel Ezekiel is eyeing his first NCAA title in the 400m hurdles and a spot on the Nigerian Olympic team. Demar Francis is also hoping for a long summer to qualify for the Jamaican 4x400m Olympic relay pool.
Demar's Workout:
- 2 practice starts
- 3 30m starts
- 2x200m at 400m race pace (1:00 rest)
Nathaniel's Workout:
- hurdle drills
- 3 one hurdle starts (10:00 rest)
- 2 three hurdle starts (10:00 rest)
- 5x100m at 400H race pace (1:00 rest)
