I discovered these guys with this video. It sounds really good but I don't really know how to categorize their music: there are black metal influences that's for sure, but there's also post-hardcore too and an atmospheric feel too. I don't really know. Any idea, anybody?
@@rupe82 Oh my god I forgot The Secret existed, thank you for that mention.

Why do you have to squeeze it into some contrived genre? That really kills music...just let the band make whatever they want to make without being cornered by you and your stupid identification. It's music. Piss off with your labels. Real people don't give a fuck

Cool song and video, but I can't help but notice that this uses footage from the trailer for the Destiny Expansion I: The Dark Below, without credit. I don't think that's legal
@Hippie Jugend Nergal's vocals are flat and have no grip or crispiness to them, they're annoying to listen to, his voice in Me And That Man is much better, but harsher vocals just aren't for him
I love their music, and their first album, for me, is one of the best metal albums post-2000, it's a masterpiece, almost up there with the best Neurosis albums from the 90's. However for this one there is one thing I hate above all : the double bass. It wasn't necessary, and it removes the uniqueness and the power of the previous works. Now it's "ok here is the classic double bass rhythm that everybody knows"... It makes it basic metal instead of unique hardcore for me. I know for some it's a "detail" (including the band, I asked them about this), but I just can't seem to like this "new" rhythm section. Second title from the album I listen to, and on both tracks that double bass just bugs me so much...
This band is seriously becoming the next Dragged Into Sunlight. Love it.
I love how well they mix atmospheric sludginess with post-hardcore elements.
Post-hardcore is a garbage
Still so good, after all these years
Now this is what I've been looking for.
This has that anguished beauty to it and I love it, these guys are awesome
2:45 that fucking bass is absolute killer
Better than most movies I’ve seen lately. Excellent work guys.
A breath of fresh air...
When the fk is this band going to release another album?
We are WAITING!
That is good shit! Not to mention the very good cinematography, something lacking in metal as a whole.
Check out Warforge's new album stream for some quality metal and cinematography.
As a whole it's still there. You just have to look in the right places.
Check out the video for "Sanguinem" by Mephorash.
what..you mean headbanging on stage, pulling faces and devilhorns is not enough? :P
I love this music! A great Black Metal Band!
They're not even close to black metal excuse me what lol
2:55 i love that bass repetetive riff absolute face melt
Kind of reminds me of Leviathan
For the ments newer Leviathan for sure
This is the single best-looking music video I've ever seen
How old are you?
@@OrestesGhost Old enough to not ask people who comment their tastes and experiences with "How old are you?"
@@adamhercik581 Really?? Ok well Im glad because it seemed you barely got out of a cave and discovered music videos.
@@OrestesGhost Because I mostly only listen to them while doing something else or listen to song from albums. Put your head out of your arse.
@@adamhercik581 lmao probably if I record that and show it to you it might become your next favorite video.
Outstanding visuals
Love this song,excellent visuals👍👊

You pretty much got it right. It's Blackened Sludge with Hardcore elements
They have a very similar sound to Celeste and The Secret.

Insanely good!
Great stuff. Don't know why, but this has a very warhammer 40k vibe to it. Or is it just me?
Finally, some decent new black metal
Even though it’s not real I would love to visit this place
🖤🖤
I can only say one word - bombastic! /Ich sag nur - bombastisch! Wenn der Rest auch so gut ist - Kauftipp!
One word??
They will worship the black cube
Holy shit
BRUTAL - KHIRAX FATALITY WINS !
This is daaaark shit!!!
Actually, reminds me of Polish Black/Post - Metal band Hegemone, but a bit different.
Agree! Glad someone knows of them, liked Hegemone's latest record and I like this!
Ottimo video! \m/

Haha... Crota... 😂
I was wondering if anyone else recognised him.
This video has ads on it meaning they're making money from it, so yea I'd guess it's illegal. It's likely the label isn't aware of it.
It's not legal. But it's fucking METAL.
One could argue that it's transformative fair use, but that would obviously be open to interpretation.
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
My Gods and Goddesses are not dead. 🖤
Everything is dead. Death is everything, and everything before is just decay.
absolute disease - No. That's wrong.
Spotify link??
Thumbnail is creepy as hell

No it starts at 0:00
How can you skip the ringing chords and that clean riff intro
Music for the end of the world & the on coming Apocalypse!!!
🤣🤣😂
Tipo um pink Floyd do death metal
Has a real Alien: Prometheus vibe to it.....
I felt like I was listening to behemoth, but hell yeah its awesome 🤘🏼
doesnt sound like metal core at all..... :|

The vocals sort of throw me off... I like all of the rest though I must say.
The intro was a little much but gad damn after that it was solid.
