I am just learning and have gave up on acrylic. So I have been doing dip nails. The other night I used my modelones acrylic powder as dip powder and OMG it was amazing. now I don't have to waste my acrylic powders!!!!
I've always enjoyed wearing false nails, but I was rough with my hands back then. My line of work is easier and I can now do my nails without the salon price👆👌 🤯😍✨ Super Excited!
Hello ❤️ In this video I used a Dart arrow 😂🙈 You could find it on Walmart or Amazon. But you can also use Multi use tool. I have one from my Dip powder Business Dip2Cute dip2cute.com/collections/tools-accessories/products/multifunctional-tool Or you can also use a nail marble tool
This set is beautiful! I'll have to try it, but I'd like to add a few fall stickers to my nails.. how would you do that?? Could I glue it to the nail and then put a round of clear dip powder??
Hey Elizabeth! Thank you so much and sorry for the late reply. Yess. You can definitely do that and top it with clear to prevent it from lifting. That way you secure it . ❤️
Interesting dipping technique. I have never seen dipping done that way. I have been using dip powder since March and everything says that you have to go into the powder at a 45 degree angle. I like the ombré that you did as well and will have to try that.
Thank you so much 🥰🥰 Yes, Normally all the instructions says to dip at a 45 degree angle but when I first started I noticed that sometimes a little bump occurred in the tip. By doing it this way or the pour over method I find that the powder goes on more evenly and smoother ❤️
I usually use either the normal tips or the half coverage nail tips, both in stilleto forms. I cut the tip to the desired length and then just shape a little bit more on the sides to where I am happy with the shape. Here is the link from the ones I use. Same brand. In the options they have normal tips or the half coverage. www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B08144G3GL?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title&th=1

Hi can I use any acrylic powders as dipping?
Nicely done! Do you ever coat/dip the underside of your tips?

thank you very much girl 🥰🥰
beautiful
thank you 🥰🥰 And thanks for watching 😃
Do the acrylic powder have to be extra fine?
It doesn't. But It just helps with application. The finer the powder the easier it is working with it and they go on smoother and more even.
😍
Such a beautiful set! 😍😍 I didn’t know you had to do a gel base before the gel top coat, is that why sometimes my gel top coat comes off 😱
Thank you so much 🥰. Yess. Gel base helps the gel top coat not to peel or come off. So happy I can help 🙈😀
😳👍😎
So primer isn't needed for dip??
How do you do your tips and which ones do you use please?
