"The Rogers", named after its ambitious Jamaican developer Fritzwarien Ripton Rogers, when complete will be Jamaica's tallest high-rise building, located at 10 Waterloo Avenue, Kingston 10. The 101 unit building is already on its way to being 100% sold out, well before its projected 2024 completion date and will offer 20 storeys of pure residential luxury inclusive of one to three bedroom units. Kingston will need several more taller modern buildings to truly make Kingston a truly modern looking city
Dude Kingston is already a modern looking City in its own right, you really need to travel more and get a wider perspective rather than the fish bowl of Miami, there are multiple cities world over and Kingston can stand up to many on the world stage. More tall buildings are coming but that doesn't make a city modern, it just adds to the skyline of that city.

A modern city is Tokyo. Miami Dubai etc. Not Kingston. Listen asshole. I was born at Victoria jubilee hospital and grew up close to Allman town right in the heart I'd Kingston I have lived in Florida for the past 24 years and have travels to several continents I spend a lot if time in Miami. What the heck are you talking about Kingston as the potential to become a modern city it ain't a modern city In no right hell no. You need to travel. All modern cities have skyscrapers at least a few .

Jamaican born outside of Kingston do not have the same passion for Kingston as Kingstonians who were born in Kingston. So if you were born in Kingston please be quiet. I want me city to rise above average right now Kingston is average as far as being modern is concerned .

Thanks for the look at the exterior. It's interesting that you say you are on the 4th floor of The Rogers yet at 17:14 you seem to be well above the 4th floor of the neighbouring Genesis 28.
