@@RushRaymoreReviews I visited this building a few days ago. The interior is near completion. So far they have installed tiles, kitchen fixtures, some windows and even the doors. the elevator is near complete installation. I believe it will be complete for Q3 2025
Yes,our discovery boss is back.Rush because of your inactivity,we had to be watching a channel that have a political agenda, and lack objectivity.I hope that you will take back you rightful place and give your subscribers a choice to watch good content.Welcome back, discovery boss.❤️❤️❤️🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
I would not say he has a political agenda, but he is annoying, other than that what political agenda is there to say this government has facilitated the rapid development of Jamaica. The very same development you like to watch happening. So neither he nor the Discovery Boss would have anything to show on their channel if it weren't for this government, let's call a spade a spade.
There's a multi storey commercial complex being built along Hope Road, nearby the Citibank building and Bob Marley Museum. An old home was demolished to make room for it. You could take a look at it when you get the chance.
Hight of buildings are not determined by floors. Sometimes even a building with twice as much floors is shorter than a building with half the amount of floors. Hight of buildings are determine by meters
@@garfieldwhittaker944 Trinidad and Tobago has held the record since 1986 with two 22 story buildings , until 2009 when it was passed by two 27 story buildings .
I just visited this building a few days ago. They are still working on the interior. The dry walls are in and they have started tiling the bathrooms, kitchens, etc. I will say that they have fewer crews working on each floor than what I saw last year.

I encourage anyone purchasing an apartment in Jamaica to RESEARCH the DEVELOPERS thoroughly before even putting up a deposit. Examine the number of projects previously completed and ask other buyers what problems (if any) they are experiencing with previous purchases... In recent times, Jamaica has seen many "developers" surface. There are opportunities out there but currently, I am not putting any more money into these Jamaican developments unless the developers have solid history. I have purchased a few properties in recent years and this is my sincere advice to all prospective buyers.
Oh spreading propaganda, work is still progressing just not on the outside, nothing happened to the building during the earthquake, stop spreading fake news.
Thanks for the video Rush. But WTH!!! The place is an absolute eyesore though. Not a good look for the neighbourhood. Seems like the project has been halted indefinitely. Anyone knows what's happening here?
Another Great drone videos bro I actually can see that it’s really taller than the Pegasus hotel I’m just putting it out there some time a building doesn’t taller than another because of floors some commercial buildings have higer floors Highrisers & skyscrapers 🏙 determined by meters

It seems like work has stopped on this building, can you find out whats the reason for stoppage, and post the info, in another video or comments.
Hey Delray. Was advised that interior work is going on
About 6 months ago I visited and they were working on the interior. I will visit this building again in 3 weeks. Will update.

It appears construction is on halt. Since the earthquake in October not much progress has been made.

I hope they won't have to demolish this building because of construction error.
What is the price of a units in this building
If this building out continues their will be little or no green space left t lower kingston will be flooding out more
This building is clearly taller than the pegasus.
