They have all these 3D Designs, where the houses have clean, beautiful finishes and the community nicely landscaped BUT when they are completed the place is a concrete jungle......sparse trees, shrubs and flowers. In a country with so many free plants, trees and rocks etc that can be used for landscaping...Jamaica is a disappointment when it comes to intentionally built landscaped communities and public spaces. I hope this Developer will take pride and deliver what is on paper + that the strata rules are intentional in having lush beautiful and green community. It is a wonderful concept with lots of well needed amenities and recreational areas thats also lacking in many communities in Ja. If only they make it as good as on the papers.....I hope they surprise us😊. And also, i hope they have good curbside landscapes at the entrance and around the community......gosh man.....it doesnt take alot to make our country look nice and clean 😢

the vision is great , but unless you are selective on who you sell to, in a fews years it will be nothing like this vision. ps why are all the sims caucasian? justaskin

Well said. In reality, they are usually a disappointment. Standards are very low and curbside appeals are not maintained. 4:10
