The conductivity profile in here seems to be having a very nice baseline. In my case, the conductivity tends to have a wavy profile, something similar to the UV profile you have in the video at ~06m:08s, with the crests and troughs closely matching the flow-rate. But conductivity should not be dependent on the flow rate right? Thanks.

Thanks for the question and I'm sorry you're having trouble! The chromatogram at 6:08 is actually a drawing, but I get your question I think. The reason the UV is so wavy (like at 8:45) is because the scale (Y axis) is so tiny, like 5 mAU from top to bottom. Check to see if that's the case for you too. If your conductivity scale is tiny here are your most likely culprits: 1) The inlet isn't primed and you're pumping nothing, obvious solution is to check the flow. 2) The bolus is being loaded onto the column. Carefully check over your method and setup to be sure it's going onto the column. 3) Your conductivity meter is dead. Try running something through the meter with more salt to be sure the meter is working, probably a good idea anyways. If the meter crests and troughs with the flow rate then #3 seems unlikely. Good luck!

@@UnicornStuff #3 does seem more likely. I'll check it. Thank you.
