Please make a video how to design vector for CRISPR/ cas 9
This video is impressively animated and explained, making it quite easy to understand. However, there is an opportunity to enhance its scientific depth. Including additional information about the compositions of various reagents, such as washing buffers, primary and secondary antibodies, and their respective roles, would greatly improve the video's scientific perspective. This could also help the video reach a broader audience. Overall, it's an outstanding tutorial, and I thought sharing this idea could be beneficial. No criticism intended. Happy to contribute if needed. Just let me know.
What are the compositions of the washing buffer?
how can an antibody recognize his antigen if this one is linear? i thought that the 3D conformation of antigens were essential for the bound. thx
So thankssss❤
great animation🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
THANKS YOU SO MUCHHHHHH
BEST
Does anyone here knows where I can watch interactive simulation videos related to yhe use laboratory tools and equipments?
i've come across the sds page technique throughout my three years of studying biochemistry, but I never understood it as well as I did in this video.
After adding 2ndry Ab with hrp coupled how can you wash it leads to false or background error
Can't understand someone explain pls
Why this method doesn't only use just one secondary antibody and skip the primary antibody?
😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Awsome! Thanks a lot
much appreciated
