    Whatever my first meal is I call it breakfast lol! Rarely is it in the morning though.
    400 oven/ 3 crispy bacon, 30g almond flour, salt & pepper, 1/2 tsp baking powder, grated cheese, chopped parsley, 1 Tbsp bacon fat, 1 egg. Give it a good mix, put into greased ramakin and bake 15 minutes or 90 secs in microwave

    Love these ! I tried them with tomatoes, thyme and cheese. I microwaved them first as I get a better rise, then browned the cheesy top under the grill.OMG.!
    Delicious split open and a little butter

    I just made the Greek cup, but didn't have olives so I replaced them with butter-sauteed mushrooms chopped. I also added a bit of cream cheese, along with the Feta, before cooking. I don't use my big gas oven for just one ramican, but works great in my small toaster oven set to 325 F-degrees for 20 minutes, being careful not to overcook so they stay very moist. Just delicious and easily customizable! Thank you so much for this!!

    This looks beautiful and the ingredient options are endless. Denver omelet biscuit (Ham, bell peppers, onions, and cheddar), Pizza (pepperoni, tomato, basil and mozzarella), Veggie (broccoli, mushroom, and cheese), Chicken Florentine (cooked diced chicken, spinach, and jack cheese). Sahil, you are such an inspiration.

    Congrats to you both and thanks for sharing. Thanks also for those healthy and delicious

    I get up and have coffee with cream. Then eat when I get hungry hours later. I should be a spice wuss but I don't care for green peppers. I'd do a jalapeno or red chili. Love seeing your Dad!

    I do bulletproof coffee only in the morning. My husband, however, is just inching his way into eating keto ("lazy keto"), so I threw together some egg cups for breakfast so he wouldn't head for his usual cereal, bagel, etc. These are great alternative recipes, thank you!

    These are awesome! The texture is perfection! We don't eat bacon so we substituted the bacon grease and seasonings for the garlic butter from Sam's Club, and it worked great. We added more of the garlic butter on top and they tasted just like Red Lobster biscuits. We're definitely going to try making a sweet version with this recipe base.

    Note for the metrically challenged: per my little converter app, 30 grams of flour is ("very roughly" the app says) equal to 2.898 tablespoons. So I would use 3 level tablespoons of almond flour.

    • @gloriaiarango
      @gloriaiarango 3 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Ms Leenite. That's right! these recipes are not really science, you just need eggs to glue everything together, some kind of flour, fat and flavor. That's it. I prepare these mixes with no recipe and I do them in the air fryer, the stove top on a small pan with lid, in the microwave, in the mini waffler it doesn't matter as long as you have those three components, eggs, flour and fat. Salty or sweet they are great!

    I love that you used the bacon fat in the bacon and cheese muffin, it appears to have elevated that recipe. Maybe add Sundried 🍅 in the feta and olive muffin.
    I'm with your dad definitely add a green chilli into your chilli toast. (I'd personally fry up a little mustard seed, curry leaves, and onion into the chilli mix.) Mmm... Yummy!
