PART 4 - JPS CEO says invest in solar!

The people need to take the advice of the CEO of JPS and invest in solar. The government refuses to do this and wants foreign investors to profit from free sunshine at our expense. At the heart of our problems is the IMF agreement which the government uses as the excuse not to invest. Money that should be invested in education, and to end period poverty and build functioning bathrooms for school girls will make foreigners richer. The parliamentarians are worse than the slave masters.
The IMF agreement - in part 1 - contains the Fiscal Responsibility Law but how is it fiscally responsible NOT to invest in solar powered education? The decisions of the JLPNP have terrible economic and social ramifications for our nation so we must unite to demand change.
