Came from Mobile Instinct's channel. Pullups are hard to jump into. But if you did one or two a day for a month you'd be able to do 10 even 20 or so in no time. Thanks for the videos 🙏
You should never travel without some money in your pocket. I used to do that all the time, now I always try to carry at least 20.00. Never know when you might need a little cash.. we have that beer here.
My first thought was the old Joliet Prison in Joliet, IL. Richard Specht was housed there. It was in the Blues Brothers movie. There are several cemeteries in the Joliet and Lockport, IL area that might interest you. Be glad to talk to you about them.
That is a very haunted location. Lots of pain and suffering went on there. The eating area is especially haunted because of all of the beatings and deaths behind those walls. Very tragic.

When I turned 18 I made a vow to myself, I said to myself I will try as hard as I possibly can to never get sentenced to jail.and other than a few over nighters at local police station lockups I've ( knock on wood) never got put in a big time prison. And I'm 60 years old now. Yes,I've had a little luck on the way.but it was mostly from being smart more than lucky..and nowadays I don't do any bad so I don't anticipate ever going to jail...

no privacy in most prisons, holding facilities pre sentencing are the worst but once they get transferred to long term prisons , there its individual cells, no dormitories, inmates can attend school, classes, anger management, gym, work in the kitchen, laundry, housekeeping maintenance, lots of jobs in long term prisons,
It's haunted, a friend of mine her husband was there in that prison a while and told a few true storys about that place being haunted. I live somewhat close to the prison south of there in BAKEWELL.
At least you didn't catch aggravated assault charges like I did...but I never spent time in jail other than the usual 12 hrs of holding...I always bonded out...anyway...I love all your videos Lamont...Keep up the great work...I think you're awesome....Oh and I hope you get to see the painting or whatever that picture is that's on one of the walls....i think near the cafeteria...the inmates or maybe just one of them put it there...it's pretty cool...

I’ve been to Alcatraz. After they made the movie with Clint Eastwood. Shut the doors on us in solitary. Steel floors and so cold and totally dark. No one deserved that in my opinion.
With all due respect, You wouldn’t feel that way if someone murdered a loved one. Yes there are some innocent people that sometimes wind up on the wrong side of the bars tragically, but most people in prison deserve to be there and deserve all the punishment they get.

Just because I believe they need to be locked up and should pay the consequences for their crimes, doesn’t mean I think they should be thrown in a dungeon to rot and die; nevertheless, they need to be in prison and away from others. The lives and rights of the innocent should outweigh the twisted results of the wicked. There are plenty of people in the world that have been molested and abused, but they don’t murder or abuse others. It’s a choice that people make, and if they lack the ability to make those choices, then they need to be kept away from others. Bottom line.

In the prison there's a 20 minute video where guards and prisoners tell some stories that are very interesting....The ex guards usually take you through... the stories of this prison are very interesting and scary...... take more interest in it....the little visiting booth was where the child molester had to visit with their family.... that was the main visiting gallery

The barbwire fence is a joke compared to a lot of other prison with 20-50ft tall fence with razor edge wire on top

my friend worked at McNeil inland for 12 years made 9.00 a hour in 1987..wow .thats bad 11,30.no way in hell.
My Father-in-law worked there for a time. He quit because it was un-nerving. He said he did not feel safe going to his car after work.
