There should be a clutch inspection plate, near the foot brakes and steering clutches, and underneath the air cleaner. You can use a pinch bar to move the flywheel ring gear from there. My dad had a Td6, 1950. He used it for 40 years. I operated it when i was a kid.
The old excavator has seen better days, the right track is pretty loose.

The B stands for British. TD6 was a different machine altogether that started on petrol and then switched to diesel when warmed up.

Dads farmal tractors , some have a positive ground.not makeing that up.research it.😊
