@@andrewmacdonald4833 yeah. I didn’t actually think that the pistons were seized. They looked really good. It was obviously something else holding it back. I had wrenched and pulled on the engine for a long time and nothing would happen. It wouldn’t budge an inch.
@@bobobrazil1973oil has had a stronghold for so long I seriously doubt oil companies will let that happen. If they do, guess what you can run any of these old rigs on wood gas so really doesn't matter anyway. None of this will ever go away for anyone except the ignorant sheep that need to die off anyway. And btw you never mentioned a single thing about oil in your initial comment so maybe read wtf you wrote before telling people to 'pay attention'.

Surely if they drain, that means the rings aren't seized..I've done the same thing with my Dodge and they do drain through...some faster than others.

We tried manually turning it over. I was literally twisting the solid steel handle.
