@@ryan011193 honestly, not really. The controller speaker has always been extremely gimmicky to me. Not to mention that these type of speakers will degrade over time. Like remember that the wii had this gimmick as well? No? Well the speakers now barely work

Lossless wireless audio is very intriguing to me. I‘ve not seen any other wireless headphones offering that. In combination with the planar drivers, these are surprisingly high-end specs in this price range.
How much are they?

All wireless headphones have loss. It’s when you move around and they fall out of your ears. 🤣 That’s pretty loss if you ask me.
Unless capitalism returns to the wrap around design, wireless ear buds just get loose during normal human activity 💀

Sony's focus on high quality audio in gaming is very refreshing.
I am really loving the earbuds. If they can be used outside of the playstation 5, then i am 100% sold.
They probably can be used outside ps5
If anything is Bluetooth, then you can use it on any device.

I got a 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos setup, loving Spider-Man 2. The 3D audio update was nice but hearing the dedicated Atmos mix from Insomniac man it blew me away.
Where do you get and buy this from?
@@TISUAL Bought the receiver at my electronics store. The front height and the back ceiling speakers online lol I already had a 7.1 setup. But had to invest in a new receiver to get Atmos and yeah I had to purchase more speakers for the sounds that come from above.

Not into headphones, but love that PS5 has Atmos support now. It sounds great with home theater.

Finally!!! Day one. Excited for both.
The Pulse Elites look like they are going to be phenomenal! I wonder how they compare to the Razer Kaira Pros or to the Steelseries Arctic Nova Pros.
Razer is terrible for audio. I have a razer everything. From keyboard to mouse pads and bungee cable. I also have the razer leviathan V2 pro. And the subwoofer broke after about 4 months of use. Just randomly stopped working one day.
No comparison to Arctis. I bought 7P and returned it 2 days after to continue using Pulse 3D. I’ve used my Pulse 3D easily over 600 hours by now and never had a single issue. I’m sure Pulse Elites will be far superior to the Arctis

Been waiting for the earbuds to use them for psvr2. My big headphones dont fit properly with the headset and tgese are perfect
i see this question being asked a lot & yes you can use the earbuds with other devices while you game. a quote from sonys specs “Listen to audio from a PlayStation Link and Bluetooth device simultaneously to stay in play as you answer calls or enjoy music from a mobile device”.

Using Destiny 2 as an example for the audio was a great choice. Despite the game itself feeling like a terrible rollercoaster, thr sound design is phenomenal.

I really hope the PULSE Elites are more comfortable than the PULSE 3Ds (I find they're too tight and my ears touch the inner foam which irritates them over time). If they are, they're an instant buy for me.

I tried these out from my younger cousin and I agree it doesn't feel right on my head. Also, after that I was looking forward to the h9, but the material seems to have bad built quality and it's too expensive for what it offers. So I went with the steelseries 7p.

Whoa wait, this is what I'm looking for. Everything is built for men so it hurts for us women & smaller gamers. So the pulse3Ds felt smaller to you? 🤔 Have you tried the earbuds, how'd they feel to you? I really hate completely covering my ears (I hear the phantom voices) but earbud sizes are always a gamble for me.
Buds look cool I've had 3 pairs of pulse 3d headsets and the leatherette had come apart each time

I have the inzone h9s witch are incredible headphones but not even a year of using them the cushion comes apart

What's the difference between the Pulse Elite and the Pulse 3D headset? Besides the design and retractable mic.
The Elete actually has Bluetooth, unlike the Pulse 3d
Pulse Elite uses planar magnetic drivers (Sony owns Audeze). Basically they're a lot more detailed
Iv got the old 3d headset Sony did and it’s amazing no need and best of all I got them working on my Xbox and switch XD

Playstation owners are in for a treat! I own a Audeze Maxwell headset with planar drivers. Best i ever owned! Now sony has aquired audeze using the same tech🙌💯
What do you think how big the difference will be? Is it worth to buy the Audeze over the Pulse elite? Considering the price difference of 250€ here.

Since Sony is using planner drivers for these and they are mentioning lossless audio etc I’m really really hoping the ps5 and the headphones will get an up scaling algorithm because so many games has super harsh or mushy soundstage! Days gone for example many of the vocals sound like nails on a chalkboard to me with headphones on and I have to always lower the volume when someone talks often! Also what I’m hoping they add in an update to both the normal pulse and these is an option to better tune the 3d audio for different angles etc of each “ch” so for some people that may have different preferences of sound separation.
While playing Yakuza the other day I actually stopped & looked around my room for a strange noise before realizing my camera was just hovering over some tiki torches in the game. 😂 It seriously threw me off.
@@chunkystains8950 this reminds me of when I had a Bose soundbar before I moved into a smaller apartment and had to sell it every time I played video games with guns it was trippy! I’m really hoping Sony adds the planner drivers to their xm headphones also have more speakers other than the ht-a9 with auto scale and eq! As far as I know Apple HomePods does this too but they only allow 2 HomePods.

You didn‘t learned and collected enough data from the Pulse 3D! We needn‘t outstanding mic but bigger earpads/ more comfortable earpads…. Can‘t be so difficult!

Yeah but do they last longer the probably 3-5 hours , your PS5 headphones are like 3x the size then the other Wi-Fi Sony headphones I have, but it last 4x longer for 1/3rd the price, also what USB hub works with the PS5 🤔
