FOR VIEW OUTSIDE THE FRAME - you need to set your dimensions of the photo 16:9 and it will go outside the frame :) hope this works for ya, it did for me
I don't know if you will see this, but THANKS for fixing my account. My Library was totally gone. I paid over $600.00 a few years ago for a lifetime membership- and it was ALL gone. Again, thank you for fixing it.
Followed all the settings you recommended on my 16 Pro, but now I'm unable to use ProRes when I open the camera app...it says ProRes not supported and I need to use and external storage device. Any way to fix this issue?
hey, awesome video, i have an iphone 13 pro max which only allows up to 1080 30fps for pro res, what would you recommend if you can only choose either 4k without pro res, or 1080 with pro res?
The phone it is not doing view outside the frame because it is on the front view camera. The effect works only in the rear side camera because it is combining the ultra wide with the main for the UI effect. Even more, if you change to the ultra wide, the effect also vanishes.
i think the app black magic camera will let you bypass that. But the reason this is in place is because those files will take up a lot of space. unless you bought the top of the line storage phone a ssd is better. Otherwise you’ll only get like 5 minutes saved to your phone.
Lately, it feels like this channel is losing its focus on true cinematography, with four out of the last five videos being about filming with an iPhone. It's disappointing to see this shift, as the content now feels more like promotion than genuinely educational. While the video quality and tips on iPhone filming are still solid, I really miss the technical aspects of shooting with a camera that used to make this channel stand out.
You shared information assuming that the information you made up out of your ass is correct without doing any testing and showing them. It is unbelievable. 1- HEVC format is much better than H264. Any videos you shoot on your iPhone with the H264 codec will be more grainy than HEVC. 2- The dynamic range of the image you shot at 24mp is worse than 12mp. 3- ProRAW MAX format gives worse dynamic range than ProRAW 12 MP format.
Really not seeing the same level of TH-cam videos as I saw in the past. Iphone videos may be good for getting clicks, however it's not what I am looking for. My FTF membership is only filled with videos from like 4-5 years ago. I thought when I spent all that money for the membership, it would be updated from time to time.
Those lens flares and transitions are 🔥
Amazing! Landon and the FTF Team. You do an amazing job every time! Great job!

Very thorough and well explained! Thanks Landon! 😎

What a best tip video for me. Thank so much bro ! :)

Great tips!
how long do you have access to the course at $47? is it a lifetime membership for the iPhone only part of all the courses you do?
where is the free lut?

4k without ProRes
try the Samsung s24 ultra or the 25 when it comes out
Any chance to get the free LUT which is promised in the thumbnail?
Thanks for the tips. We’ll see how it goes. Unfortunately, I’m still using an iPhone 13.
It's still good
why hdr off? Does it look bad compared to sdr?
What preset do y'all use for the digital zoom and "refocus" animations?
Full Time iPhone Filmmakers 😃👍 LOL

Who Love Cinematography😊
Keep watching Indonesia
make a challenge video with this phone.
When is the iPhone winner announced
We can’t shoot 4K log with the iPhone Pro
Only in 1080 but it’s only if we connect an SSD is this capability functional
Any workaround

Most of the people looking to buy the course at this point are probably mobile videographers so I understand stand.
@@gioazzarello1333 Yeah, but that wasn't how this channel used to be. That's why I'm dissapointed with this new way they went into..
😮
Probably because a new model came out and it will create engagement
First time here because I brought iPhone 16 max
Can someone summarize in the reactions :)
Third!!!!!🇰🇪 much love
Sony Slog3 Base lut works with Apple log footage 100%... 😅
🙏🌟🙌
Now it really felt like micro transaction for the sake of bring in income but lack of quality education content.
