This brings me back to my fighting days in Chicago very similar to a warm up I knew so well I was so blessed to have real Chinese Gung Fu teachers for those days. Not a punch was thrown until we stretched for 10 min and meditated for 15 min It is more than learning how to fight It is a way of LIFE!!! THANK YOU FOR SHARING SOME KNOWLEDGE

Awesome, really helpful. This focus on not being stiff is gold!!! I've just realized how the shoulders are "the hips of the upper body: when stiff, your in bad shape, doesn't develop speed, can't actually use your force because of all the unbalances. Genius!
