Random internet guy here. So happy for you on your accomplishment. Sharing in your excitement with you. I have friends who have been able to shift off meds by taking their health serious, changing habits and sticking to it long enough to see it can be done. Here’s to your continued improvements, good sir. We’re all cheering for you. 😊
Wave, keep taking care of yourself. Your family needs you and we’d miss your music and thoughts. Keep up the effort and think of the goal. There are good trainers but research what to look for and ask others who are working with a trainer. Best wishes.
Hey Wave, keep it up. If I could suggest one thing, it's that if you are dissatisfied with the advice you're [not] receiving from your care team, consider switching your primary care provider to a DO (doctor of osteopathic medicine) instead of an MD. A DO is still a licensed physician who can prescribe medications as required, but the main difference is that they work with you on personal wellness. The conversations are going to be more focused on what you're doing for diet, exercise, sleep, stress, etc. Prescriptions are a last resort rather than the first treatment option. Best part is it won't cost you anything extra.
How are you doing now? Waiting on an update! Keep up the great work! You are an inspiration! Look up Bill not for further encouragement. God bless and heal you!

That's good to know! Thank you for the info.
That's great. Keep it up. I started using beet root powder for blood pressure. We'll see how that works, plus my meds, of course.
Nice Progress keep it going!
Thanks, you too!
