  • Welcome to another walk here on ‘Red Hat Diaries.’
    KEEP GOING
This walk started next to the River Stour a few miles outside Canterbury in Kent.
It’s a hard one to say to people ‘keep going’ as it feels to me a bit under mining, but, when we are going through an especially dark or hard time, keep going doesn’t mean keep working ourselves to the bone, it means we need to just keep aware inwardly.
Having a support network of a person or people you can trust is vital at times like this, who don’t patronise you, but just keep your emotions level and not criticising.
I encourage you to open up to anyone who you can trust and will have a sympathetic ear, or to dial one of the numbers below, no matter what your current state of mental health is.
We all can do with a trusted someone we can confide in.
If you’re going through grief currently, I wish you peace and healing.
Listed below are the UK helpline numbers to seek confidential professional help. I’m sure there are charities and helplines outside the UK too.
    Good luck and remember.
