  • Welcome to another video here on Red Hat Diaries.
We travel from our home town of Broadstairs south along the coast to see how far I could go. I thought I could go further than I thought, but due to it being quite a hot day and the trailer being so heavy, speed was limited to say the least!
I hope you enjoy, and although the video is different, the theme of it is still the same, looking after ourselves and our mental health.
I encourage you to open up to anyone who you can trust and will have a sympathetic ear, or to dial one of the numbers below, no matter what your current state of mental health is.
We all can do with a trusted someone we can confide in.
If you’re going through a hard time currently, I wish you peace and healing.
Listed below are the UK helpline numbers to seek confidential professional help. I’m sure there are charities and helplines outside the UK too.
    Good luck and remember.

Hello Warren and Trevor just watched your part 1 of your 100 mile journey really enjoyed the filming and information wished I had seen more of Kent when I was stationed in Chatham H.M.S. Diomedes 1977. Looking forward to joining both of you on Part 2.👍🐶

As you say, Warren, there’s invariably a beautiful view at the top of every hill. We just have to keep pushing on and upwards to get there. And love to Trevor too. I lost my dog a while back. It still hurts. Your videos together bring me joy (PS you and Trevor also helped me reduce my handicap from 14 to 11.7… but that’s another story altogether).
