Would just like to say, if you are stuck and want a sens inbetween you are much better off just using 0.002 as this is quite literally dividing the siege default sens by ten, meaning that to get 8.5 (and so on) it would just be 85 whereas the one you use wouldn't convert that way. It's just basic maths. EDIT: After watching more of this video, i realised that you did go over this, except if you make your sens 85 with the multiplier you show it will not be halfway between 8 and 9, your maths is a bit off there. Just putting this out there.
Right click on the “GameSetting” and go to properties and make sure the “read me” is not ticked, then change your settings then click the “read only” so the box is now ticked so the game only reads and won’t modify your settings then press save and exit you should be good

I’m playing with the exact sens as oozie who has a 400dpi and 0.002230 mouse multiplier sens, very similar to this sens, but its so slow tht it barely even moves with a swipe across my mousepad. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Remember when you do all the setting change to change your in game sense. If it still does not work restore the edited document to default and try again
this isnt x10 0.002 is the x10 so if ur 8 it should be 80 but you're on the kix multiplier which is 0.00223 so if you do 0.02/0.00223 = 8.968609865470852 use this on whatever sens it is which in this case its 8x8 so we do 8.968609865470852 x 8 = 72x72 so its not x10 ur sens is not 80 80 its 72 72
1. it could be that you put in a comma instead of a full stop like you said just now 2. if you have another account then you might have put it in the wrong account 3. you just put in the wrong number or put it in the wrong column or 4. you might have messed up in the game settings with something or a mouse setting is holding you back

i have a problem i got 2 accounts but only one files
it works in shooting range, but when i try to start a game i get an error code. when i google it, they wants me to check my game files.
verifying game files might help, this video is really old i honestly recommend going off a redit post or another video
