Hi, coach Pierre!! I´m starting to think that I should begin this kind of training style. Contrast training. I have a question. You began with squats 3 x 3 reps. And after that you did those hard hops. I can´t do them. Can I do 1 set of squat and inmediatly do 3 to 6 box jumps ? Or should I do the exercises by separate? Thanks and greetings from Argentina!!!

Thanks for the comment! This would be done once a week for 4 weeks. 3 French contrast lifts a week. Upper body, lower body and full body. We have the full week workout coming out if you want to stick to it for 4 weeks
