So glad to see a fantasy handheld report from these 2, I watch all the mountain minis reports, but cannot swing the premium content. I really miss reports done like this.

Don't forget that Beastmen have the Mark of Chaos Undivided and can reroll all of their panic, fear, and terror checks.
I never use it. The fear of my dude becoming stupid with my dice rolls terrifies me lol
I thought that was eye of Gods that made you stupid. Undivided has no negative that I'm aware of.
Your confusing two rules. Mark undivided lets you reroll failed panic fear and terror tests no negative @MrGunnar177 . The other one the hero calling the gods. I highly suggest you do use it more. The buffs and percent to not roll a one is to great to pass up. Stupid with ld 8 also isn't that bad.

Love the reports! I know it might add time but it would be nice for you guys to explain some of the rules intricacies (like when the goblin wolf riders had a disorganized charge, the gorgon made accidental contact with the wolf chariots etc.) I mainly watch these to learn the rules and it's very helpful but I often have lots of questions.

I think that the correct way to resolve the multiple charge against the skirmishers is to take into account the position at the time of performing the charge movement since these are performed one by one:
1) the first unit (minotaurs) charges, the skirmishers line up, locking all possible miniatures from both units. From this moment on, the skirmishers have flanks and rear.
2) now it is checked which facing of the skirmishers the other two units are (gorgon and minotaur hero) if they are in the front facing of the skirmishers and there is space they can get stuck, if there is no space it will be impossible to charge
3) If the hero or the gorgon is now facing the skirmishers' flank, their charge will be on that flank
I think in my opinion this would be the correct way to solve this. Thanks for the reports, both, the tables, minis and the games are of great quality!!

Dang, Beastmen Bovine army is actually pretty sweet.
I think the ruling for skirmishers is going to be that they will choose a unit to line up to, and then you check which units will still be front, and then side, rear.
That would work! Definitely would let some units jump to a new postiion rather quickly but that's what them damn skirmishers get for getting caught out!

The chariots weren't caught! The Ghorgon redirected to the Boarboys and had to charge towards them instead, missing the chariots. There was confusion off camera, we forgot the ghorgon had redirected and there was no accidental contact! We essentially went on about nothing

The answer might be obvious but. Why wouldnt someone take an all minotaur list for corehammer?
I think only one unit may be core, though a single 1,500 point unit of Minotaurs does seem spicy!
There's also a 1+ required unit of Gors, you can't be PURE Beef. Excited to see what the alternate army comps will be in the Arcane Journal.

I rather they take their time and overthink and rules check, then have 20+ rules mistakes a game like some other channels. Even in this one there was two big rules they did wrong that would have drastically changed the game (wyvern can't lumber after marching, gorgon caught that unit of wolf chariots whilst they were fleeing therefore they are destroyed) but hey every single game of warhammer has mistakes.

Orks&Goblins player (Steve?) pls control your emotions. We (indirectly or directly) pay this service. I prefer the fair play and positive approaches of Beastmen player (Luka?). It wants to be just a suggestion
We who watch this channel and his other channel love the Mountain. Big heart, big emotions, big legend. Imo an icon of the hobby.
Idk what you want to accomplish here, you being forced to see ads, or unable to avoid them altogether, does not entitle you to tell people to control their emotions.
I do not like the sound of that attitude at all.
You gotta try the black orc chariot BSB with either the war banner or raggedy flag. Having that much static combat res on a chariot absolutely kicks ass. Close order, 2 banners, magic banner, and waaaargh, on top of First Charge. You pick a combat and you just win.
Oh, and i think you forgot that beastmen has to take at least one unit of Gors
