Thanks very much .. and just a quick reminder: don’t forget to bleed the system whenever master cylinder or calipers have been changed/replaced. You don’t have to bleed the system if only pads being changed.
Hello, just ran across your videos and love them, i'm a road star silverado as well. 1 question, where did you get your aftermarket air intake. I'm wanting to get rid of my stock. Thanks
It looked as though you have thr rear arrow pointing upwards.. that needs to point downwards in the rear and upwards in the front, it marks tire rotation.
Greatly appreciated, the dealership wanted 1200 for the same thing
No problem, Please Subscribe and Like my videos Thank you.
Well, I did bookmark your video for the front brakes, so this one is being bookmarked as well. You made this look waaay too easy sir. Thanks!!
I always understand whats going on better with these videos,...so yeah...thanks for taking the time to put this up.
No problem, happy I could help.
Don't forget to change your fluid when recommended. The fluid has a huge impact on brake performance and is often overlooked.
Yes , I have changed my brake fluid every year. Thank you.

Did you make a video for how to remove the 2 mufflers before changing the rear brakes. thank you
Hi, I did not make a video on how to remove the 2 mufflers.
@@weron021 in your opinion is it easy, thank you from Quebec Canada
@@1957brun Yes it is easy, you don't have to remove the pipes at all, I am sure you can do it. I just did my friend's bike and the pipes stayed on.
Hi Roger let me start by saying your bike is beautiful. Can you tell me where you get all your up grades I would like a driver backrest can't find one
Hello, I had the driver's backrest custom-made for me.
It looked as though you have thr rear arrow pointing upwards.. that needs to point downwards in the rear and upwards in the front, it marks tire rotation.
As long as the arrow is pointing towards the bleeding screw we are good to go
Superb thankyou for sharing I presume the front brakes are the same
Yes Sir. Thank you for a good comment.
What pads do you recommend,I have the same bike. thanks
I used the stock pads from Yamaha OEM and never had any issues. But I have alos used EBC V Semi-Sintered Brake Pads.
Awesome video thanks! Any pointers for the front brake pads change?
I am planning to do a video clip for the front soon.
@@weron021 Mine are screaming for a change hoping it will be close to the process as the rear. Thanks.
@@UkrainianMuzon Yes it very simple.
Roger Weron did mine today after doing the rear first and the front was pretty much the same. Thanks again!
@@UkrainianMuzon Hi just did another video how to replace Front brake pads. check it out.
I noticed you didn't have "stock" tailpipes in the way!
Yes those are short Vance&Hines pipes.
Yesterday I put rear pads in my 06 Roadstar...your video made the job a lot easier..THANK YOU!
