VERY VERY nice video, but i have a sugestion.
Yes clean A LOT and polish all you can the pin that hold the pads, but dont use grease on it, even from factory my bike didn't have any grease on that part and there is a logic to it.
The logic is... you want to have that part clean, as you need t he pads slide correctly without stick, but if you use grease on that place, the dirt will get sticky to it and that would make the sticky problem of the pads even worse.
My advise is... take out the pin, polish it and that is it, dont use grease, just a dry polish pin would be enought.

At 0:45 the bleed nipple is to the right of the screw head that i am pointing at. But to be honest , If you dont know where the bleed nipple is then you shouldn't be messing with brakes on your own. Ask a friend to help that has done it before so that they can show you how.
