Learn Tai Chi step by step with Yang, Jwing-Ming. Master Yang instructs the complete Tai Chi form from the front, and shows each movement one-by-one from multiple angles. There is also a rear view of the form that you can simply follow-along with once you're familiar with the movements.
Dr. Yang's tai chi lineage can be traced back to the Yang family through Grandmaster Kao, Tao (高濤) and his teacher Yue, Huanzhi (樂奐之), an indoor disciple of Yang, Chengfu (楊澄甫). - บันเทิง
4 years ago, my wife told to me, If you do tai chi go into the forest, nobody can see you! Today my wife can see what's happen with my body and my flexibility and I can even meditate in my garden! What can I still do! I'll continue! Thank you Ramel Rones and Dr. Yang too!
This is the traditional Yang 108-posture form. 113 moves when you count the transitions. The 24-form is a modern version, based on Yang style.
Yes, the DVD contains the complete long form. Explained, then demonstrated with a front view and a rear view.
I love this Dr. as we have the DVD and he is fantastic.
this place alone make you relax
Dr. Yang is truly excellent.
YMAA Tai Chi video playlist!
I ordered the DVD for my Father-in-Law whom needs to find something deeper in his life than the superficial modalities he clings to in life. I would personally instruct him in the Ho Kuen Ng family system passed to me form Sifu Thomas Senora however I am hundreds of miles away and now I am also disabled and paraplegic but I still do Kung Fu every day- it is a way of life for me and hope it will become the same through Dr Yang's wonderful Yang style teachings.
Yes, look on the YMAA TH-cam channel for many more videos.
Hi, Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming is not from the same Yang family. But, google "YMAA Taijiquan lineage". Dr. Yang's tai chi can be traced back to the Yang family through Grandmaster Kao, Tao (高濤) and his teacher Yue, Huanzhi (樂奐之), an indoor disciple of Yang, Chengfu (楊澄甫).
@KimEnglish100 Thank you. I filmed it in the redwood forest and at the YMAA Retreat Center in Northern CA.
@OrganicTexas Hi, thanks. Here is a longer video sample. ymaa.com/articles/yang-tai-chi-for-beginners
Hi, not exactly a level up. But, yes, there is a lot more to this curriculum after the basic form. Google "YMAA School Taijiquan Complete Series".
Looks awesome! Got any demos you can share??
Good to learn tai chi
Can anyone suggest how to do this form of Tai Chi with one arm??
Thanks!
Is this the 24 form also are all the forms the same for the traditional yang forms
Hi, sorry this question doesn't make sense in English. I think you are asking is Qigong better than modern Western exercise, and the answer is - No, they compliment one another well.
is there a level up from this dvd?

Perhaps this is a stupid question, but: Is he actually Yang lineage, or is his last name just a coincidence?
