Lakers fans are a bit weird. They don’t seem to realize that they already have a good team with 2 HOF level players that can put offensive pressure on the opposing team. The biggest issue with the Lakers has been TEAM DEFENSE, not more stars. All the talk about trading players is simply a repeat of what got this team in trouble in the first place. Team cohesion is extremely important in this league. Lakers simply couldn’t close tight games against the Nuggets for 2 straight years.

Lebron offered to take a paycut and Rob couldnt get a single deal done, thats the bottom line, Rob shouldn't be getting any bail. I understand Domo been wanted lebron gone but now we here and lebron through a lob to rob and rob couldn't execute a single deal, even D Lo is still on the team, which is crazy in itself. Another huge issue with the FO is that theres no direction at all, they want to invest in the future and also compete all at the same time, if Rob and FO really wants to invest in the future, go through that door completely, but it seems Rob and FO wants to do both at the same time, therefore there's no direction and thats a problem when the Lebron and Ad era is running out. An Issue with Rob himself as well is that the way he operates in trades, he feels he always needs to "fleece" the deal, and thats a problem cause sometimes that rubs the other Gm's the wrong way and it can throw a deal off the tracks. Its pretty well known Rob doesnt have good relationships within the league as well
You can't put all the blame on Rob for players not wanting to go to LA. Even before LeBron signed with the Lakers, not too many players wanted to play for the Lakers. Recently they have a bad history of attracting marquee free agents
