- Tiragarde Sound, sometimes shortened to "the sound", is the largest and most central of the three major regions of Kul Tiras. Mountainous and rugged, the region is divided in two by a massive bay that opens into the Great Sea. Tiragarde Sound is host to the Kul Tiran capital city of Boralus, and thus serves as the seat of power for the ruling House Proudmoore. Its citizens retain a strong maritime tradition and hail from a wide range of backgrounds, from monster hunters and pirates to noblemen and tidesages.
Tiragarde Sound sits on an inlet in the middle of Kul Tiras. It connects the Great Sea from one side of the island to the other, and is a connection point for all the major regions of Kul Tiras. The region is notably the seat of House Proudmoore. Boralus, the capital of Kul Tiras, is located here.
The people of Tiragarde Sound are renowned monster hunters, raging battle against the creatures of the sea, and struggle every day against pirates at their own shores. While the pirates were once content to stay at Freehold, in recent months, they have grown bolder, and began attacking Tiragarde Sound. The region has been marred by infighting and corruption. Gangs run rampant while the region's leaders squabble for power and influence.
During the war between the Alliance and Horde, the area served as the Alliance's staging point and home base.

This movie should have been released a long time ago, and I hope it is still interesting to watch & listen. I know many of you don't play BfA at all / anymore, but for me, the artistic team has nothing to do with it. On the contrary, they are the one still keeping me interested in the game.

As I reply, you have almost 63,000 followers. Now because of the level restructuring, many people are still playing BfA. Thank you for sharing this beautiful music with us.
The hate had nothing to do with the zones, the music, the artstyle or the lore. There was a bit of hate about how 'too much and not enough happened during bfa, and then suddenly an old god appeared and got killed in the same patch', but that's still not related to the art. I'll tell you i joined on the last patch of BFA and REALLY enjoyed the Kul Tiras seafaring kingdom vibe and style, and the zandalar zones were amazing in their wildlife and majestic aztec inspired city. While Kul Tiras wasn't a big surprise (seen one seafaring kingdom - seen them all, lul) I think they did well to decide to go with the conquistadors theme and make Zandalar a lot like the Aztec empire, because i was not sure how they would represent Zandalar ingame. I honestly expected standard troll huts and slightly less dilapidated ruins, but instead they chose majestic Dazar'alor, which blew my mind.
Overall the vibe of BFA is something i'll keep remembering with fondness even if i no longer play wow. For all the gameplay and questing improvements, Dragonflight zones have a bit of a 'greatest hits from the past' feel (like the zones were a copy of previously beloved zones, like azure span = grizzly hills) rather than their own standalone zones. Don't feel as much connected to them as i did in BFA, Mists of Pandaria, or in Warlords of Draenor (yes, the zones were really good in there also)
For all the hate this expansion got, it really was one of the most beautiful for me. I didn't really like Legion that much with the zones except for Stormheim, but with BfA I loved all the zones in Kul'Tiras. The music and atmosphere stop me in my place and I really just have to stand there and listen and take it all in. I hope WoW will bring more zones like this in future expansions.
Why you didn't like Legion zones??
👁👄👁Yeah legion's music were wretched and majestic🌺 at the same time, but i dont agree with you, Broken isles will always have a place in my hearth✨
Took the words right out of my mouth. Theres something special about this xpac. The music is goddamn beautiful.
I agree 100%. I loved playing BfA and I enjoyed the atmosphere created by the music so much while playing the game. I would spend a lot of time in Kul'Tiras just listening to the soundtrack play. It was so peaceful and so calming.
I loved BFA the most. Dunno why
I went through a rough time 2019. I did not go outside of my room for weeks except for school. I played WoW all day, doing M+, heroic raiding with my guild at the time.
Every night when I felt alone, or when my depression was too much to handle, I went to the horde camp above boralus, I could sit at the cliff there for hours just listening to the music. Every now and then a deer came onto the screen. It was just me, the music, and the deer.
This year I'm at a rough patch again, since I don't have money for sub anymore I visit this video instead.
I miss wow so much.
This too will pass. :) you are among friends here
@skoter4476 I hope your life has gotten better since you wrote your comment. It’s interesting that in 2019 I also had a difficult situation, and I also found peace and happiness thanks to the opportunity to play WoW. We World of Warcraft players actually have so much in common. I listen to this music and really miss the time that has passed forever. But the fact that we still have something that supports us is already good. If we are strong, we can make our lives better. Through our actions we can make our lives better
man BFA crushed it with the music and art direction. boralus, tiragarde sound, stormsong, zuldazar all have amazing soundtracks.
When not playing World of Warcraft, I listen to this soundtrack before sleep. =)
Just got around to playing bfa, the music is just stunning throughout, my favorites are the Kul Tiras Sky Night tracks
god i hope wow gets better man, feel like im being evicted from my home XD
this expansion was so good. gameplay and systems was bad but other all things was so good even story, maps, music, mounts, quests...
This music is so incredibly calming and inspiring. The quiet sounds and the rushing of water gently sloshing onto the shore. When I watch and listen to these videos, I wish in reality my walks were accompanied by wonderful music as well.
If I were given a choice of which place from virtual worlds to live all my life, I would choose Tiragarde Sound. This place somehow unites a peacefulness of nature, warmth of a man's hearth and harmony of the two opposite seasons of year.
1:21 currently learning this on cello because I'm so in love with this track lol
Nice man, I literally just started playing with that melody on guitar and I got some nice ideas on how to get something nice going.
Like, guitar🎸, chello🎻... But why the hell Glenn stafford (or any other of the blizz composers) hadn't done any, ✨Majestic✨ horn📯 solo? 😔 only -um- ✨majestic✨one is Nagrand, aalll the way back stucken at 2006...
i dont care that it was hated. the music here is a favorite of mine.
14:40 - 15:00: a short little bit, but the sweeping orchestral melancholy of it is just so wonderful to me.
It's a clarinet doing this... I play tge clarinet... this short segment is easy to play, but beautiful... I like it very much. 🙂
zones are absolutly amazing this xpac
Yep, contrary to the gameplay experience unfortunately...
Thank you for watching. :-)
Just wanted to say I found the Kul Tiras theme while in China and I listened to it every day in winter while walking up mountains and through valleys near my MArtial arts school. I am surprised to see after coming home that the zone it is from is a winter zone as well. The music is beautifully fitting with mountains and snow.
58:27 This movement is one of my favorites. And the bell in your 'subscribe note' actually fit in with it. Very well done.
Thank you kind Sir :)
@@Meisio No. Thank you.
I still listen to this frequently, on repeat. It is very calming and relaxing for me. Without fail, this gets me through a rough day.
One of my favorite BfA zones. I don’t get bored of looking at this place at night.
Tell me, how not to love any zone in the night... this is awesome..
Exactly
14:40 - 14:49 is just so mysterious , makes me think of whats out there
God I love these environments... they do the colors and the feel of it all so well. Esp the ambiances of the areas? I can feel the chill of rain, the warmth of the fire, smell the salty sea air... it might not be SUPER HD 50 THOUSAND K RESOLUTION 360 NO SCOPE DORITOS or whatever but it's more than enough to get me into the vibe of it it all.
So true! It's all about the atmosphere, not necessarily about the graphics.
11:00 LOVE
Best expansion in WoW
I agree 100%, after all the crazy demonic shit that came one expansion after another over the years, finally we had something beautiful and back home to the azeroth we all love. And working with scrollsage Nola was special too. Best music, best art direction for sure.
i look at the videos and i think i should go back...again for the fourth time to this game. But i know after just 3 days i'll remember why i quit before. I'll have to just be happy with old memories on this one.
56:58 is so perfect. Thanks for your work.
always reminds me of starcraft aria th-cam.com/video/79OWlst3PSw/w-d-xo.html
Wonderful. Thank you for making this mix. This is easily one of my favorite zones in the game.
My pleasure Jake. I like it a lot as well, I think because of the combination of costal woodland + mountains full of snow.
The ambience here is so diverse and amazing.
This is my favorite zone in BFA.
@@Meisio Same.
24:30 what I came for.
YES it’s so beautiful
yes thats also why i came here, it sucks that i dont know what the name is in the epic music player addon >.
im gonna miss you bfa
Gorgeous video!
Thank you man. I appreciate you are here in the hour of need :-)
36:26 wow
Truly amazing zone, Blizzard never fails with its soundtrack.
I'm usually Horde, but this particular zone is one of my favs.
beautiful music i lovely
ty brother
love wow
Keep it up that good work.
VERY Beautiful! What are you using to get those panning shots?
Love the BfA soundtrack
This is so cool 34:00
Classical music in WoW always so awesome. And they fired their composer, simply incredible. Activision is destroying Blizzard.
Meisio is my reason to get up in the morning
You are too kind. I do hope that you have other better reasons though 😜
@@Meisio I have a lot of reasons don’t worry but remember you are one of them ❤️🔥
My favorite zone in all BFA.
My favorite WPVP expansion, I miss BFA
una de las canciones que más transmite: 1:30
BFA went 6 for 6 with their zone designs IMO. Can’t say the say about SL.
The cold truth :)
@@Meisio revendreth's bout it for zones i like thematically and musically. Rest are meh to me.
Nah, I think shadowlands zones are much better. The only nice part of BfA at lauch is Zandalar.
@@bogdaniordan409 well I guess that just comes down to personal tastes then? I'm a bigger fan of grounded fantasy akin to lotr and Witcher and kul tiras ticked all those boxes for me with the bonus that it reminds me of my home in the pacific northwest which I haven't seen in years. The shadowlands zones are too "out there" for my liking. Revendreth is the standout for me but the rest just feel too wild and crazy. Especially the maw.
It would be just amazing to get, the some what recent music of when Jaina and her mother were chatting near the flight master in the trade market. Anyone know that ''battle ready'' music that was playing when they were talking?
58:27 This movement is one of my favorites. And the bell in your 'subscribe note' actually fit in with it. Very well done.
The reason why i did like BfA was: witches, pirates and Battle for Dazar'alor(the music and mechanincs were amazing). From the moment N'zoth was released (BIGGGGG DOWNHIL) the expasion was doomed especially in terms of lore.
Yeah the entire N'zoth thing really ruined a very decent expansion for me as well.
Absolutely agree. Before N'zoth there was such a wonderful atmosphere in the expansion - everything you described. Unfortunately, after the release of the update with N'Zoth, I completely lost interest in the game, which I devoted more than 10 years of my life to. Cataclysm, Pandaria, Draenor, Legion and Battle for Azeroth - these will forever remain in my heart.
If wow made another live action flim pls add allied races i would wanna see kul tirans
May the tides bless u all
Aszara, N'Zoth comes. BFA is back (:
BFA was the best expansion and offered a much needed break from all the ridiculous black magic worshipping demonic hellscapes, death knights, black temples spewing green goo, etc etc. I was so sick of that shit by legion and Finally we had a true expansion that focused on the beauty and importance of Azeroth. BFA gave us The BEST looking horse mounts in the game, the best music by far, the most naturally beautiful zones. Doing good in the world by making Scrollsage Nola proud. Healing the wounds of Azeroth while building a Godly necklace that was and still is the most unique item in the game. I earned 4 legendary essences for my level 90 heart of azeroth which makes my character extra unique in the open world. BFA haters only mad cuz they missed out on the legendary essences which can no longer be acquired.
There was nothing wrong with azerite gear if you had the right items. I stacked the invisible 20k bubble 3 times for a 60k bubble that refreshed every 30 seconds. Made a world of difference and I'm still pissed at Blizzard for taking that away. This bubble was a life saver and stopped npc's from dazing you and knocking you off your mount. Also absorbed fall damage and you could take the hardest fall and survive every time.
And don't tell me swift hearthing (a bfa exclusive enchant) + a garrison hearth stone wasn't the best escape route in the entire game. I escaped death and group ganks so many times with that combo I swear it was like cheating. BFA was the best open world PvP I've ever had. Thank you, Blizzard, for the best WoW I've had since Vanilla.
Kul Tiras Peaks Night 2
24:30 is where it's for me. A horrible expansion with beautiful zone designs and music.
I like bfa tbh
How come it says 4k in the title? The video doesn't support it nor does the game need to be 4k with its 2000's graphics
name of bso?
some parts sound like elder scrolls 4 oblivion I think. I like it though
Music and art team are always on fire. To bad the game itself is awful :(
