I did temporarily tap it into the factory sub but eventually I want to do it properly with speaker wires, as high/mid input is required for proper sub output. It still works good connected to the sub wires but I think it just overheats after about 1-2 hours of consistent music for this reason. Luckily, this sub shuts itself off to cool down instead of just letting it blow.
Hi friend, I'm trying to find out how to replace the MK7 GLI headlight bulb, but I haven't found it, can you please come up with a video on it? I know the stock bulbs are LED bulbs, but I would like to replace them with brighter ones and secondly, is the bulb type HID D3S? Thanks!

@@halstokes1884 there’s a factory amp under the drivers seat that I couldn’t move like I did with the DCC. You can probably do it if you don’t have the Beats system

Where did you grab your speaker input from? The wires from the sub in the truck or somewhere else?

How did you wire it in to head unit?
How did you run power to the unit? Did you run it through the firewall with the main wire bundle?
@@DespoyTV I used an empty slot in the interior fuse box to run a 15 amp circuit with the “add a fuse”

Thank you for the vid. Looks good. I just put a sub in my trunk but I might add this later!!!
If you’re doing that then it’s better to run them as mid-bass instead. If you want more sub bass then get more/powerful subs.
Why not install it on the driver side?
